At the grand Jeon Haveli, the air buzzed with excitement. The sprawling courtyard was filled with color and elegance, where women adorned in vibrant ghagra cholis moved gracefully. Heavy jewelry glittered under the soft light, and their pallu-covered faces concealed smiles and whispers of anticipation. The men, dressed in dhoti-kurtas, wore their turbans with pride, the very symbol of their honor and heritage.

Inside one of the large halls, Jungkook, the groom and eldest son of the Jeon family, stood still. His sherwani, embroidered with gold threads, fit him perfectly, accentuating his tall and strong frame.

He was surrounded by a circle of family elders-his Bapu-sa (father) and Kaka-sa (uncle) among them-preparing for the important turban-tying ritual. The air was filled with a mixture of pride and tradition, a ceremony that had been passed down for generations.

Mrs. Jeon, Jungkook's mother, approached him with a small silver plate in her hands, holding the sacred tilak. She smiled warmly, though her eyes betrayed the deep emotion she felt at seeing her son step into this new phase of life.

Mrs. Jeon- May you always walk the path of righteousness and honor. (she whispered, her voice tender as she applied the tilak to his forehead)

She leaned in, her lips brushing his cheek in a soft peck as a blessing.

Mrs. Jeon- Good luck, beta. May you protect and cherish your new family as you have protected ours.

Jungkook nodded, his expression serious yet respectful. He was a man of few words, but the love and loyalty he held for his family were unmistakable.

Mr. Jeon and his brother, Jungkook's Kaka-sa, stepped forward with the ceremonial turban. This moment was symbolic, not just a mark of tradition, but a reminder of the responsibilities Jungkook was about to shoulder as he embarked on this new journey.

With practiced hands, they began tying the turban around Jungkook's head. The weight of the cloth wasn't just physical-it carried with it the weight of tradition, expectations, and the unspoken promise to protect and lead.

Mr. Jeon- Jungkook; (he said as he finished securing the final knot) this turban is not just a symbol of pride. It's a reminder that from today, you're not only responsible for this family but for the one you are about to make. Always wear it with honor.

Kaka-sa handed him the sword, its silver hilt glinting in the soft light.

Kaka-sa- This is your protection, Jungkook. As much as it is for defense, it is also a symbol-to guard your home, your wife, and your honor.

Jungkook accepted the sword, feeling its cold metal against his skin as he laid it gently beside him. With solemn respect, he bent down to touch the feet of his Bapu-sa, Kaka-sa, and the other elders, their hands resting gently on his head as they blessed him for the future.

Mr. Jeon- May you always stand tall, Jungkook. As the eldest, it is you who will carry our legacy forward. (his father said, pride thick in his voice)

Jk- Yes, Bapu-sa. (he replied softly, his deep voice filled with the weight of his unspoken promise)

As the ritual ended, a sense of quiet calm settled in the room. Jungkook stood tall, his turban perfectly tied, the sword by his side, and the blessings of his family resting on his shoulders.
