Imagine waiting for your exam results and Dean tries to help take your mind off it
A/N: Hey guys! As it is the night before A level results, I thought I would post this special one shot! That and I'm too freaked to sleep! I hope those of you who took them get what you want either for your final year or for uni!

It was only 11pm and already I was beginning to feel tired.
I had seven more hours to go yet all I could think about was curling up in my bed with a cup of tea and all of the Harry Potter films yet I couldn't stop moving.
Sam and Dean were too focused on a case, looking through every book on the supernatural lore that Bobby's library had. They didn't even acknowledge my pacing. At least, I didn't think they did. That was until Dean groaned loudly.
'Will you stop that? It's making me nervous,' he said, crossing his arms over the book he was reading. He turned to watch me pace from one wall of the study to the next. I didn't stop when I answered.
'I can't help it,' I sighed, turning round to walk back to the other wall. 'I'm feeling jittery.'
'Really? I had no idea.' I stopped briefly to give a quick icy glare to Dean before resuming my pacing.
'Sam doesn't mind.'
'That's because Sam likes you too much to say anything.'
'Just because I'm not looking at you two, doesn't mean I can't hear.' Sam quickly looked up from his book to give me an amused smile before returning his attention to the book.
'See?' I said, pointing to Sam. 'He doesn't mind.'
Dean silently mimicked me before turning back to his own book. Rolling my eyes, I returned to pacing. I only had to wait another minute or two before Dean sighed loudly again. 'I still don't get why you're so worked up about all this.'
'Maybe because it's my future on a plater?' I retorted sarcastically; my steps never faltering.
Dean scoffed. 'You college kids are so weird.' This time, both Sam and I turned to face Dean. His eyes flittered between us both before giving a shocked expression. 'What?'
'Just ignore him,' Sam said as he slowly got up from his chair. Walking around the desk, he stopped beside me. 'Relax, okay?' he said, taking my upper arms into his hands. 'You'll get in.'
'You know, the more you say that, the less relaxed I feel,' I said, giving him a small smile. Sam rolled his eyes before embracing me.
'I know you'll be okay. Have faith, alright?' he said, pressing a kiss to my head.
'That's easier said than done.'
Sam laughed as he pulled away. 'I'm going to go make some coffee. Want a cup of tea?' At my nod, Sam walked away into the kitchen, but not before he gave a quick look to Dean which didn't go unnoticed by me.
The air was silent for a moment; both of us still in our places. 'He's right, you know.' I frowned at Dean which made him roll his eyes. 'You'll be okay.'
I rolled my own eyes dramatically before continuing my pacing through the room. 'You're going to wear yourself out by doing that,' sang Dean.
'I'm not listening,' I sang back. Once I reached the window of the study; Bobby's figure just visible in the artificial light as he worked on his truck in the yard, I took in a few deep breaths. I was more nervous for my exam results than I was going on a hunt, but I guess that's what happens when you hunt every day since you were a kid. You only get your results about university once.
