Imagine dancing with Kol at a festival
'Okay, I have the best idea since chocolate and strawberries!' exclaimed Caroline as she burst through Elena's bedroom door. Bonnie's head barely lifted from its place on her arms where she lay across the bed. Elena looked up for a second before returning to painting her toe nails pink whilst I continued to read 'Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging', though this time in my head.
'I really doubt that Caroline,' I said, placing my finger on the top of the paragraph, though not placing the book down from where it was raised above my head. 'Strawberries and chocolate are pretty hard to beat. Not even Google beats that.'
'Amen to that,' mumbled Bonnie without moving.
'No, seriously! This is an amazing idea! I don't know why I've never thought of this before!' she said before snatching the book from my hands. She suddenly came into my view, though upside down, giving me a stern look.
'What do you want me to do? Say congrats? Give you a medal?' I asked with a smirk.
'Well, for starters,' she said, hitting me with the book which caused me to roll onto my stomach and watch her lean against Elena's drawers. 'You're meant to say 'wow, Caroline! Please tell me!' Then you're meant to ask me what my idea is!' she said, pouting and crossing her arms.
'Okay...' I said before placing my arms crossed on the bed and placing my head on them. 'Pretend I said that,' I said with a wink causing her to throw the book at me. Luckily, I ducked causing the book to land in the middle of Bonnie's back. She gave a moan of annoyance before lifting her head slowly, giving both Caroline and I an evil glare before placing her head back on her arms.
'Come on, guys! This is seriously the best idea I have ever had!'
'So then tell it,' Elena said, closing the nail varnish and placing it on her bedside table.
'Well,' Caroline started, glowing with excitement. 'Tonight is some weird festival thing-'
'As usual!' I sighed before turning onto my back and placing my arm across my eyes.
Caroline was silent for another few seconds, meaning that she was burning holes into me, before she carried on. 'But instead of all the usual things they do, they're having an 'around the world' night! There's going to be live music, food, everything! It's a whole cultural thing.'
'Okay...so, what's your idea then?' Elena asked, though we all knew where it was going.
'We should all dress up real fancy and go out and have a girls night! We never have a girls night!'
'That's because you're always off with Tyler,' Bonnie said as she lifted herself off the bed. Grabbing the book, she turned it over in her hands before throwing it onto my stomach, causing me to grunt in surprise.
'Bonnie, you can't talk. You're always with Jeremy,' said Elena; her smile evident in her voice.
'Says the girl who is constantly with Damon and Stefan. I seem to be the only loyal, if not slightly alone, girl here,' I laughed knowing full well Elena was going to kick me off the bed, which she did.
Landing with a hard thud mixed with my groans of pain, Caroline rolled her eyes and took my spot on the bed. 'Come on, guys! It'll be fun! What else would we do if we didn't go?'
'Watch films,' said Bonnie.
'Order take out,' said Elena.
'Cry over how alone and desperate we are,' I sighed after which, I was bombarded with pillows.
'Well then, look at it this way. You can meet boys,' chimed Caroline.
'We could even set you up,' said Bonnie.
