It's been 2 months...

Hey guys! Crkmsxn here. I felt like I had to post something, since I don't know when I will. I know this sounds like it's an excuse (To me it feels like it is). 

I know it's been slightly over 2 months since I last posted, especially after I made the goal to post weekly! I'm really sorry about that. I started working on Parfait + Rockstar Cookie just a month ago, and told myself I'd be finished by September 7th. 

But then school turned out to be more taxing then I expected, and this year my grades really matter (I'm in grade 11), and my parents put an hour limit on my phone on weekdays (meaning I'm giving up editing to focus on art, so one less social media to manage I suppose). I also got a job interview...but I didn't get the job unfortunately. I found some time to write a bit more, but I wasn't motivated enough and didn't finish it. Then my marks came out. I've always struggled with balancing out social media, relaxing, and schoolwork, and it showed clearly when I shockingly got 100 in Chem (science is my worst subject) but 77 in English (which is my 2nd best course subject). Maybe it's because I studied too hard for Chem and kept saying I'll read tonight, only to get addicted to Bee Swarm and Demon Slayer. Now, a month later, I discover my social unit test is a 70, meaning I shouldn't even try for my dream school as it will only waste money. 

I know, I know, it's only the beginning of the school year, and I have time to turn it around. But then the teachers went on strike (Haha...I guess yay for a break but also shit I'm screwed) and that's starting today. 

I'm really sorry for all my empty promises, I think I've been saying I'll post more often for over a year now. I'll try harder, I swear. My next post should be within the next week. 

One last thing- I had a Hazbin Hotel story idea. I've wanted to work on it like over 6 months ago, then kinda forgot about it. But now I have a more strengthened idea for her power and with Hazbin Hotel S2 coming out, I might start working on it before Halloween arrives. It might have less quality or structure to its plot though, since I feel like whenever I free write, I write more easily rather than planning a detailed structure to follow, which I'm doing right now for a different thing I'm writing (Which led me to burnout and write like a prologue in 2 weeks). I know people have split opinions on it, and that's fine. Honestly I can see both sides and views on it.
