You, Emily, and Matt slowly broke past deer as one didn't budge ahead of you. Matt clenched the axe in his hands as he was about to strike the animal in front of all of you blocking the way. "Matt, keep going." You directed him. "Don't hurt him." He nodded progressing slowly past the deer until it moved to the side. You had a soft spot for all animals especially being an animal lover like Sam. "Alright. Alright. Come on." Matt led the both of you over to a small barrier of a snowy cliff. He jumped up and over as you did the same, followed by Emily.

You took a breath in. "That was close." You turn to Matt. The axe still remained in his hands. "Too close." He responded between breaths himself. That moment was one you didn't believe you could get past. You nearly fell off the cliff with the others because of the flock of deer holding you back. "Glad we made it." Emily seemed to panic throughout the experience only following the mindset of plummeting to her death off the snowy cliff top. You remained positive you could make it out alive. And you did.

At this point, the three of you were in search of a fire tower. You needed to get through to somebody. A maniac jut killed one of your friends according to Chris and Ashley. The whole group broke apart at that point. You, Matt, and Emily on a search for a radio. Chris and Ashley looking for Sam. Mike and Jess? According to Emily they are mostly likely '69'ing' each other.

Your group walked in silence most of the way. There was nothing less to talk about beside the tragic events that recently occurred. That was a subject you wished to ignore. It was one you hated to hear. Death of someone close to you. You hated that. Any horrific events involving any of your friends deaths paralyzed you in the moment. Experiencing someone die in front of you. You wouldn't be able to move.

Your thoughts were broken as you finally reached the fire tower. A bright light shined into your eyes causing you to flinch. "Woah!" You jumped back covering your eyes with your arms. The light seemed to blind you. "Woah! That's freakin'  bright!" You looked to your left squinting to see Emily doing the same thing as you did. "Must've triggered the motion censor!" Matt didn't seem to be as effected as much as you were. You walked forward bravely leading the group ahead. You walked up a set of stairs until reaching a platform with a ladder. You uncovered your eyes placing a hand on one of the metal bars. It was rusty and outdated. You placed your foot on the bar underneath raising a hand higher up to another part of the ladder.

You followed the same pattern as your arms and legs climbed in sync. You reached the next wooden platform. There was another ladder to climb above. "Wow. This place goes high." You spoke aloud. Matt seemed to hear you as he reached the same level as you. Emily still climbing didn't join in the conversation. "We're almost there." Matt gave a smile to you as you begun climbing higher to the last level before the top. You made your way up faster and more swift then before.

A trapdoor above you blocked your entrance. You reached your hand up pushing it against the wooden door until it swung open completely. You climb to the top. Matt followed behind, then Emily.

You looked around the room. You found a radio and a printer. Running over to the radio, you placed a finger on one of the buttons. You pushed it several times. Nothing happened. "Dammit. No power." You explored the room a bit more. You found a door. You placed a hand on the handle twisting it until it flew open. "Woah!" You jumped back. Matt and Emily turned to you. "Nice one." Emily laughed sarcastically. Matt looked at her a bit angry. "Em, come on." You rolled your eyes. She always seemed to have a comment on everything no matter what it was. Even over something stupid, she enjoys picking the fights.

You walked out into the open air. It was becoming colder as the storm grew more violent. The winds seemed to push you around a bit. Your sweater and jeans didn't seem to be the best apparel for this frosty weather.
