Mike begun slowly exiting the lodge watching Sam very carefully. The Wendigo went right next to her, very close to her face. He wished he was there for her. He wanted to be there instead of her. What if she moves? She could die? That's the last thing Mike wants.

The Wendigo screeched loud enough in Mike's ears he wondered how it must be for Sam.

Lucky enough, the Wendigo turned it head away from Sam allowing her to get the hell out of there. She ran out from the corner for the switch. Mike got out of there.

He kept a close eye on her. The Wendigos were inches away from hitting her with their claws. Hannah saved Sam. Her best friend. Pulling the other back from killing Sam.

The switch was flipped. The Lodge went up in flames. Sam was pushed with a lot of power from the fire leaving the lodge with boldness. "ARGH!" She screamed landing in the snow, falling to the ground. Mike ran to her aid immediately to make sure she was alright. She was. She made it.

"Wait. I've seen something. It looks like there are survivors." A female voice spoke over a loud speaker that the group could hear. When the lodge went up in flames. It's no longer something they could visit. Ever again.

Chris and Ashley were typically glued together after what happened that night. Chris immediately ran over to Ashley at the sight of Sam being pushed out of the lodge by the flames. They couldn't believe it. The lodge they've known for a while. It's just gone. They survived Until Dawn.

Chris held tightly onto Ashley's arm. "Ash! Are you okay?" The light from the helicopter shines brightly in their eyes. "Yeah! I think so!" Chris pulled her into a hug. She hugged him back tightly with no holding back.

The helicopter hovered over the ground. Sam and Mike were the first to enter into the helicopter. They sat side by side. They had become extremely close in the past two hours. But Mike and Jess? Huh. Is it now Mike and Sam?

Then there was Chris and Ashley. Sat side by side, holding hands, never letting go when sitting there together. Ashley leaned her head on Chris' shoulder trying to just relax, and fall asleep. But struggled. Images of what happened in the past hours flashed in her mind.

Chris sat there. Eyes wide open. He couldn't sleep after seeing everything he saw that night. He's been through enough. Having to kill his best friend or his crush. Or choosing to shoot himself or Ash. Too much. His mind was fried.

He looked down to Ashley. She was somewhat dozing off. But he had to talk to her. "Hey, Ash?" He looked into her green eyes. "Yeah Chris?" She peeked up at him, her eyes reaching his icy blue ones.

He rubbed the back of his neck stalling before speaking up. "I uh- wanna talk about what happened back at the lodge-" Ashley leaned off of his shoulder. "Yeah. I do too.." She looked at him with a small grin. "We've always been talking around our feelings for each other and- I think it's the time we should just talk- about that uh-" He couldn't speak anymore.

Ashley smacked her lips together. "The k-kiss?" Chris nodded. "Yeah.." He didn't speak anymore. He just waited for her to break the silence. "Chris. Just knowing you were leaving, and my mind was thinking.. I would've never seen you again-" Chris interrupted her. "Ash. I should've told you how I felt. I was just... So paralyzed to tell you all this time. Like you were gonna.. Shoot me down.."

Ashley frowned. "Chris.. I know.. I felt the same way but. I had to tell you.. Show you.. I felt that way. I had to work up the courage to k-kiss you.." She stammered. "What if you-"

Chris let out a sigh. "But I didn't... I'm right here." He remembered the sight of the flamethrower guy having his head sliced clean off. That could've been him. Worst thing he ever experienced. But now. He needed to show her how HE felt.

Chris didn't need to say anything. Actions could tell. He pulled her into an embrace to explain how his feelings were for her. That's all he had to do.

They pulled away from each other's grip and just couldn't help themselves but to blush. Their faces turned a bright tint of scarlet. The noticed the color of each others faces and just simply laughed aloud.

Chris looked to his right to view Sam and Mike. Sam gave him a wink. Mike gestures him to 'go for it' making a face. Chris rolled his eyes at the both of them. Mike turned his head out of view and begun making kissing noises. He reminded him of Josh. "Mike-" Sam nudged his shoulder. They all laughed together as 4. Emily? She didn't do anything. Just sat there quietly. Most likely sleeping.

Ashley leaned her head down again on Chris' shoulder. He blushed. "So Ash... Does this mean that- you know- we're a thing?" Ashley looked up him nodding her head as an answer. They were a couple.

Their eyes locked staring into each other's eyes. Chris leaned in. Ashley did the same until finally their lips met in the middle. It no longer felt wrong anymore. They were both passionate. Their lips moved in sync for a period of time until Mike's voice interrupted them. "Oh come on guys, get a room!" He teased.

The new couple pulled away from each other their cheeks a darker color. Like a red.

Sam nudged Mike's shoulder again with hers. "What a way to ruin their moment, Michael." She laughed. They all did.

They all survived Until Dawn. This night brought people closer together. Closer than before. Created a new couple. They were all changed people to a certain extent. Call them..

Dawners.
