The Sound That Ring

A gunshot. There were two of them. You wanted to scream, but keeping s calm head was your best choice. All the exits were blocked so there was no way getting out. You crouched down, and hid in the darkest, quietest room. The meat closet. You ran inside to find someone already in there. It was Kija.

"Wow, we hid in the same place?" You said walking over to him.

"Yeah? That's fate huh?" Kija says with a small smile on his face, but it quickly faded."Did you see any bugs?"

You lay out a large sigh,"No, Kija, not here." You say. You waited several hours in silence until you heard footsteps. Kija grabs you and pulls you closer. Covering your mouth with his hand. He placed a finger in his lip. You nodded your head. Kija's bandages that covered his claws, soon fell down, and revealed his hand. The door came busting open and with ones slash of his claws, the attackers were gone.

"Don't make a sound." He says, then grabs your wrist, and pulls you out of the doorway. There was an exit that was clear. Kija opened the door, and guided you outside. It was over.

"Kija," you kiss him."Thank you."
