My Light in my Dark World

You were born a blind girl in your small village. You never knew what the world had looked like, but you knew what it smelled like, what it felt like, what it sounded like, and how it tasted. You never really payed attention to the villagers, or the houses, but you payed attention to two particular people. The previous Seiryuu and the Seiyuu now. You sometimes felt like they were your family. The new Seiyuu referred to the previous as "Ao" and from then on called him Ao as well. You were just a few years younger than Ao, but looked much younger. You somewhat understood how he felt, but then again didn't.

"Ao," you called reaching out to him. You felt his long hair and smelt his warm somewhat comforting scent.

"What do you want, (Y/N)?" He asked turning around to face you.

"How does it feel to see," You said standing up," I may be blind, but can you describe it in a way I may understand?"

"How the hell am, I supposed to do that?"

"I don't know, I just want to learn what you see," you touch his hair," you say that your hair is blue, right?"

"Yes, and?"

"What else is 'blue', Ao?' You say.

"The next Seiyuu's hair is also blue, the sky is blue, remembers how the river is clear and you can see right past it?" He asked,"well when the sky is a bright blue color, then the water appears blue when you're far away...!"

You smiled a bit giving him a hug. He felt warm. Kinda like the sun after winter, giving off it's heat, it's warmth, it's kindness, but you knew there was something else the sun gave off.

He hugged back slightly tighter,"If you even need anything, I'll be there to shine my light on it."

That's right.

It's light.
