Steven's P.O.V:
"I want to take you on a dance." I say, with hope in my eyes.
Peridot freezes, eyes widen, and dark-green face. Hope I didn't scare her or anything, she might be new to this.
"F-Fusion?" She asks fearfully.
"No!" I exclaim and laugh. "I mean, do it for fun!"
"D-Dance? Show me." She requests.
"Okay hold on." I grab my phone and I show her a video of a hip hop dance.
"Woah, quite impressive." Peridot comments.
"And this one is called an interpretative dance." I show her the interpretative dance. I hate interpretative dances.
"Boring." She comments.
I chuckle and I show her a ballroom dance. "Here."
"This requires two people to dance together?" She asks.
"Yeah, I wanna take you to an event where people dance." I offer and my face reddens, my face sweats.
"Sure." She replies.
"Cool!" I exclaim. "First, we gotta get you a dress." I say and wink.
"Okay." She agrees.
Don't ruin this moment, Steven! This might be your only chance to admit your feelings towards her, whenever you feel Peridot likes you. I hope this is gonna be okay.
I search for a dress. I hold up a light blue dress from Lion's mane.
"Tada!" I exclaim as I go out.
"Are you sure that's fine?" She asks. Of course!
"Eh, I don't really know, you should go try it on in the bathroom!" I suggest and my face reddens again, I turn around to Lion.
I turn around again and I can't see her anywhere. Probably in the bathroom.
"Oh, Lion." I speak to Lion. "If only you knew everything about love, I would be just fine."
I sigh. "Should I just give up? I mean, it's not gonna work."
Lion pushes me angrily and gives me a death glare.
"Uh.. I'm gonna do it?"
Lion does a lion smile and sneaks under my arm.
"Alright, I will buddy." I pet him and I hear a door creak.
"How's this?" Peridot asks. Her light blue dress fits her! She looks so beautiful.
I stare at her dreamily.
"Steven?"
I ignore the voice and I continue staring at Peridot, her beauty in that dress can hypnotize me.
"Steven!"
I snap out of it. "Yeah! It's really good! Now you need a ponytail hairstyle!"
"What?" Peridot asks.
Pearl comes in and is amazed by her. "Peridot you are so pretty in that dress!"
Peridot blushes. "Thanks." She brushes her hair.
"What she needs is a hairstyle, can you do it Pearl?" I ask.
"Sure." Pearl offers.
~Some time later~
"Presenting, Peridot!" Pearl playfully exclaims to me, Garnet, and Amethyst.
"She's so beautiful." I mumble, carefully and quietly.
"SMILE PERI!" Amethyst exclaims.
Peridot blushes.
I stare at her dreamily.
Amethyst shakes me. "You okay lil dude?"
"Yeah!" I exclaim and I sweat.
"You're gonna do fine." Amethyst whispers.
"Thanks."
Garnet checks the clock.
"It's almost nighttime. Let's go." Garnet smiles.
"Oh no! I forgot to wear my tuxedo!" I exclaim, embarrassed. I run and I grab my tuxedo, onto the bathroom.
I hurriedly wear it.
After I wore it..
I look in the mirror. I'm looking good!
Before I go outside. I breathe in and out, hoping that Peridot will comment. Here goes..
I open the door and I go out to meet everyone.
"How do I look?"
