"I love you too, Joe," we both laugh as we held each other, basking in the sweet afterglow of our climaxes. I look him in the eyes, "marry me..." I asked him.
"I'll marry you if you wear the engagement ring..." Joe joked, making me laugh.
"Deal...can we pick a ring out right now?" I kissed his lips, multiple times. He nodded his head.
"Yeah...I'll let them do the work...what I should have done today anyways." we both got up and got dressed. I knew I was ready to marry him this time, I was excited.
We walked out hand and hand. We decided to go in his car to the jewelry place. He drove to Tiffany & Co. I couldn't wipe this smile off my face.
We walked in and started looking at engagement rings. "Pick any size, any design, and any color. This will also be your birthday gift." Joe kissed my temple.
"I love you." I pecked his lips.
"So who propose?" a worker named Jennifer came to us.
Joe pointed at me, "but she's wearing the ring." Joe chuckled.
"Do you know what you want?" Jennifer looked at me. I shrugged.
"I thought I did when I was little, but after seeing these....I don't know what I want.." we all giggled.
Jennifer showed us some really nice rings, it was a tough decision. They were all such beautiful rings. I really couldn't decide. When I was little, I want the princess cut, but after seeing these, I really have no idea.
Jennifer kept showing us rings, she pulled out one Vintage Halo ring and I knew that was the one. I tried it on and I instantly fell in love with it. It looked so good with my finger. My mouth dropped.
"I love this one..." I was probably smiling as big as a child smiles at a candy shop, "how much is this?"

"$2,299.99." Jennifer said, my mouth dropped. Of course I'd like an expensive ring.
"Well, maybe I need to look so more...I mean this is really expensive." I looked at the ring, but I really loved it.
Joe chuckled and handed Jennifer his card, "alright, I'll get the paperwork." Jennifer walked off.
"What? I could find another in the thousand range..." I looked at Joe, in utter shock.
"You probably could , but those rings probably couldn't get the same reaction as this one. It's okay, baby." he pecked my lips. I sat up on his lap. I looked at the couples who were having financial, how did I get so lucky? I felt bad for the couple.
