As the casket slowly goes down the ground my tears flows insync with the rhythm as if every second it goes down and down the tears are trying to hold it back up.
But thats all i can do, watch it goes down, buried deep the ground.
Deep within.
Where it should lay down in deep slumber.
As i sighed and let out a moan, i know this is goodbye and this is forever.....
Just pray,
Just wish,
May you rest in peace dad.
May you be in heaven and watch over me, watch us, the one who loves you.
Guide us.
"I love you dad." I whispered.
Nag alisan na ang ibang mga tao but i still stay, staring at the freshly flatten ground.
"Alis na tayo, boo." Untag ni Gino sa akin.
I wipe my tear that just falls from my cheek.
Ngumiti lang akot tumango habang nakatitig parin sa lupa.
"Bubuwit." Rinig kong tawag mula sa likuran ko.
"Tj, tayo na." Another voice calls unto me.
"Tayo na." Napalingon ako nang may humawak sa siko ko.
"Tayo na." Ulit ni Gino sa akin.
I smile at them, they look so worried and they were all waiting for me. Tumawa ako saglit yet biglang bumigat ang dibdib ko kayat ang tawa ay napalitan nang atungal.
"hes gone..!!!!" I wailed. "for real....!!!!!!!!"
"shhh....."
"tahan na.."
"tama na..."
"its okay.."
Alo nila sa agad sa akin and they all rushed to comfort me, to pacify me.
"yeah, i know......" sabi ko sabay singhot. "just let me cry for awhile, later on ill be fine." I said in between my sobs.
"are you sure?" Paniguradong tanong ni Gino.
Tumango lang ako bilang tugon.
"okay, we will just stay here." Kevin said sabay hila niya sa apat to give me privacy.
"bubuwit? Are you done?"
Napalingon ako sa nagsasalita na si Seth.
Hindi ko rin alam kong ilang oras akong nakatunganga ulit sa harap ng puntod ni dad.
"its getting late already, can we go home now?" Dagdag na tanong ni Seth.
I look at Kevin and the rest, they were still there, waiting for me.
Napatingala ako sa kalangitan.
Yeah, dumidilim na nga sabay pa ang madilim na ulap na nagbabadyang dadagdag sa kadiliman nang paparating na gabi.
"its getting creepy in here, umuwi na tayo." Waring takot na hiling ni Seth.
"yeah, bubuwit uwi na tayo."segunda ni Roy.
"to be honest, i should tell you now since its over. This place gives me chills, especially this kind of cemetery na kung saan makikita mo pa ang mga nitsong sira, patung patung na nitso, maraming lantang bulaklak pampatay at malalaking cross. Its getting chilly." Tila nanginginig ni Seth na puna.
"akala ko ba ako lang ang takot sa ganitong bagay, hindi pala ako nag iisa." Sabi ni Gino sabay nanunuksong tumuwa kay Seth.
"tch!" Tanging sagot ni Seth.
"aaawwwwwooooo...." biglang atungal ng aso na nasa malapit lang sa amin.
Napatalon naman si Seth sabay hawak sa katabi niyang si Roy.
