Probably one of the scariest questions to ask, yet the most common. It's not an easy answer, really. All I can say is to wait until your ready.
There is no exact moment that you should come out. Evaluate your situation and try to figure out how your parents might react. Make sure you have a good support system ready in the case that your parents don't respond positively, and make sure you are absolutely one hundred percent certain that that is who you are.
This goes for all sexual orientations and gender identities.
Once you've figured all that out, just come out when you feel ready to.
