"Good morning. Did I wake you up?"

"Nope."

I open the door wide for Rius to come in. Maaga akong nagising kinabukasan kahit na late na akong natulog kagabi. And I'm surprised he woke up early as well.

Maaga pa lamang ay naligo na ako. I let Rius sits on my bed while I put on my make-up. On the reflection in the mirror, I saw how he watch me do my thing.

"Girls love doing that." He commented while smiling.

"This is normal for us. Bakit? You don't like girls who do make-up?"

I laugh softly. "Trying to be traditional?"

Nang matapos ako ay sabay kaming bumaba sa Cafe Veranda to have our breakfast.

The cafe was huge and shows great elegance. The dominant color of the interior is beige at ang mga kumikinang na chandeliers ay lalong nagpapatingkad ng kulay nito.

In contrast with their Tãza restaurant yesterday that has the view of Taal Lake, this Cafe Veranda proves its name by showing us its heaven-like mountain view of Tagaytay. Halos puro berde ang makikita sa labas. It's like you are having a meal on top of the forest.

They served us their signature breakfast partnered with a brewed coffee.

No wonder why they lasted for fifty years. Surely, they are high ends and above all, very accommodating.

I like here. I will surely comeback.

Lazarius keeps on throwing me his lame jokes na tinatawanan ko naman.

Seriously self, what is your new definition of lame?

Ako, kasama ang iilang hotel personnels are sitted inside their conference room to discuss the upcoming event.

I am the only guests who was invited to be the judge. I'm so honored.

"The contest will start early morning tomorrow. They'll start with breakfast and will end with a sumptuous dinner. In connection with that, we at Taal Vista is requiring the judges to be at free access for the whole day."

I'm sure Rius will understand.

I secretly laugh in my head. Mga kwentuhan talaga Summer?

"We have 10 contestants on the list.

"First is Ms. Amanda Tiozon, vice president of Tagaytay Highlands. Second is Mr. Reynaldo Salvidar..."

This gentleman on my left is the one who sends me the invitation.

"And Ms. Summer Lionelle Aquinas, our guest judge."
