The day after ay naging abala ako sa trabaho. Trade went to his office as well para sa mga naiwanan niya noong umalis kami. Pagpasok ko ng aking opisina ay tore kaagad ng papel ang una kong nakita. Huminga na lamang ako ng malalim at napapikit.

Sinumulan ko ang trabaho sa pag-ubos ng mga papel. Those are for signatures and approval. Inisa-isa ko ang lahat at agad na ipinadala sa iba't-ibang naka-takdang departments.
Matapos iyon ay ipinatawag ko si Alexis para sa last preparation of the launch, two weeks na lamang ang meron kami!
"We've been confirmed by One Esplanade from 8 am to 11 pm, Miss. Heavenly Errands will assist our staffs for the decorations as early as 7 am."
"7 am is too late, hindi ba kakayanin ng 5 am?"
Alexis take down that suggestion of mine. "I can go there at exactly 5, how about your staffs?"
"We can Miss, I'll take note po."
"Okay. The catering? Have you called the Josiah's for the food tasting?"
Their food always served on our plates, sa lahat ng okasyon ay sila ang kinukuha ni Mommy. When it comes to events, foods and all I trust my mom's taste the most.
"Bukas po tayo naka-sched--"
"Can I have their contact? I want it done today."
Agad na binigay ni Alexis ang numero. I dialed their number on the phone and waited.
"Good morning Josiah's Catering, happy to serve you!" Maligayang bati ng nasa kabilang linya.
"Hi. This is Summer Aquinas of A&Q Manila. We are scheduled for a food tasting tomorrow. However, I'm just wondering if we can have it today instead?"
"I'll just ask the chefs Ma'am, just a minute po."
I waited for minutes for their response. At nang sumagot siya ay narinig ko ang kasagutang nais kong marinig. "Okay, I'll be there at 4."
I hang the call up. Glad I convinced them. Anyway, wala kang kwentang businessman kung mahina ka sa pang-uuto ng ibang tao.
