"Beth! Ready to go?" Puck called to the small blonde on Sunday afternoon.

"Go where?" Beth asked as she walked into the living room.

"Grocery store." Puck answered. "We need food for tonight."

Beth put her shoes on and grinned at Puck. "Ready!"

They went to their usual grocery store. Thankfully, Natalie didn't work Sundays, so Puck didn't have to worry about running into her.

"Let me make this clear to you now." Puck started as he pushed the shopping cart to the checkout line. "You are going to school tomorrow. If they stay late, you're still going. If you go to bed late, you're still going."

"Daddy." Beth whined as she looked up from the shopping cart seat. "That's not fair."

"Do you want me to cancel so we can make sure you'll get to bed on time?" Puck asked.

Beth shook her head and folded her arms as they moved up in the line. Puck started putting their groceries on the conveyor belt.

"Hey you."

Puck froze and looked up from the shopping cart at the cashier. "Nat?"

"I thought you didn't work Sundays." Puck stated.

"I don't." Natalie answered as she began scanning the items. "I'm covering for my friend. She's coming in in, like, an hour."

"Oh." Puck replied. "That's nice."

"Yeah." Natalie nodded. "What's all this food for? Feeding a pack of wolves or something?"

"Pretty much." Puck responded. "Beth invited Santana and Finn and a few other people for dinner."

"Is Quinn going?" Natalie wondered.

"I think so." Puck answered honestly.

"What time should I come?" Natalie questioned Puck.

"Six." Beth informed her.

"I'll see you then." Natalie smiled as Puck swiped his credit card and grabbed his receipt before leaving the store.
