Hindi alam ni Sierra kung ano ang gagawin o sasabihin.

That was his ex-fiancé?

"Leo, it's okay, you should go to sleep now—"

"—I loved her very much."

Napatigil si Sierra. She looked at him and she can see sadness and hurt in his eyes.

"We are one week away from our wedding. I thought everything was perfect. I gave everything to her. I opened my heart to her. 2 years kaming magkasama and that was the happiest 2 years of my life."

He's opening his past to her.

And she was speechless.

"And then my f*cking best friend came around. My best friend for a long time. My brother by heart. He stole her from me. Behind my back."

"Hindi ko na pala alam na kapag nagkikipagmeet ako sa mga potential sponsors ng company ko, they're having sex behind my back."

"When I saw them on act? My world came tumbling down. I wanted to hurt them. Hurt them like they've hurt me. Pero napakahelpless ko and I hate it! I hate them! I trusted them with my heart and all they did was betray me!" Sabi nito at nagsisimula na namang itong magalit but Sierra stopped him.

"Leo tama na."

"I hate them!!" Wala nang nagawa si Sierra ng magsimula itong umiyak.

Hindi alam ang gagawin, she silently hugged him. Hindi niya inakala na makikita niya sa ganitong sitwasyon si Leo. 

"N-nandito lang ako Leo. Everything will be alright." Hindi alam ni Sierra kung bakit pero naiiyak din siya.

She was surprised by this revelation. He experienced a lot of pain from the past. Ngayon, mas naiintindihan niya na ito.

And she wanted him to be happy.

"Shhh, Leo, I'm here. I'll never betray you in any way. Okay?" Nagpatuloy lang ito sa pag-iyak at pagyakap sa kanya ng mahigpit.

Nakatitig lang si Sierra sa lalaking mahimbing na natutulog sa kama nito ngayon. Hindi nito binitawan ang kamay niya.

Bumalik ang isipan niya kay Leo.

She touched his forehead and fixed his hair. Napakahimbing ng tulog nito.

Sierra hoped she can help him, kahit sa maliit na bagay lang.

She hated seeing him like this. She wanted him to be happy. Because he deserves it.
