Mr. Reynolds begins to write practice problems on the board as we make our way to our seats and grab paper to begin working. As Mr. Reynolds begins to give instruction, Logan opens the classroom door and walks straight to his seat across the table. Mr. Reynolds finishes giving instruction and tells us to get started.

The classroom is silent while everyone sits and works on the problems. "So, um, anyone know how to do this problem." Bradley asks as he looks up from his paper.

I am concentrating on not looking towards Logan. I only look at Bradley as he looks over to Logan for some guidance. "You need to start by drawing the triangle in the problem." I say as I look back down at my paper. Logan only being in the room made it difficult for me to concentrate. With one look I knew I would forget every rule I had made for myself.

"Teres-Teres. You're the greatest." Bradley said as he patted my shoulder and started to draw the triangle.

"After that you have to figure out the angle the ship forms when it docks." Logan inputs. I keep my concentration on the paper in front of me. After 45 long minutes later the bell sounds and we can head to our next class. I take my time putting the paper back into my binder and wait till everyone else had left the room to head towards my next class.

It was time for lunch now. I decided I would leave school and not go to the senior hangout classroom to eat. I went to the locker and grabbed my backpack. I pushed my binder inside and slammed the locker shut. I turned around just as Logan started to walk down the hallway. I took my attention away from his presence and walked down the other hallway to the auditorium before he could notice I was even around. The front office was right next to the auditorium. I signed out on the clipboard and grabbed my keys from the front pocket of my backpack. I threw my jacket on and started to walk out the glass front doors. I walked around the building to my car and jumped in immediately turning on the heat. I sat back in my seat and let out a breath I didn't know I was holding in.

I put the car in drive and started down the road. I wouldn't have to do this for a long time. I just had to make sure that the want to hang-out with him and learn more about him disappeared. The drive to the closest Panera Bread took only ten minutes. I sat and ate a sandwich as I opened the music app on my phone and put my earbuds in. I took a bite from my sandwich and opened the binder to look at the problems Mr. Reynolds wanted us to finish for tomorrow. I concentrated on the problems and not before long it was time for me to go pick David up from school.

I parked in my normal parking spot before last period had let out. I noticed that the tall blacked out truck was not in the parking lot. For someone who never ditched school he sure did leave in the middle of class a lot. I wait twenty minutes for David to come out and we head home only to repeat this process tomorrow.
