"Good Morning." I said back to him unsure how to take this situation. I loved the way it felt to be laying in his arms. I felt comfortable, warm, and would not want to be anywhere else but here. I looked up at him and he smiled down at me keeping his arms wrapped around me.

"So, what are we up to today?" He asks while he begins to use one hand to stroke my hair.

"Well, I wanted to show you this place just outside of town."

"Oh. Is it a building?"

"No, it is outside. So dress warm." I start to get up from the bed, but when I try to move he groans and pulls me back against him. I smile and laugh as I snuggle back into the warm bed. "I think you will like this place."

"I don't know. I kinda like this place, right here." He snickers at his own words.

"This bed?" I laugh.

"Theresa, you're just so comfy."

"If we could stay this way I wouldn't move." I brave up and say the words I was thinking.

Instead of replying he pulled me in closer to him. He closed his eyes and let out a deep breath. "Maybe we should get some food before we go?"

"Sure. We should try another small dinner like we did last night?"

"You like small dinners?"

"Most definitely! They are my favorite part about traveling places."

"Well, Virginia has a ton of them apparently." He takes his hand off of me and sits up. "Geez, get out of bed Theresa." He jokes. I pull the covers back up to my head and disagree with his actions. "No no no. You are the one who brought me here! We have to see it all." He says as he pulls the covers off of me.

"Guh, you are so needy!" I joke. After taking thirty minutes to get ready, we pack our things and turn our keys back into the front desk. He carries my bag out to the truck and sticks it into the cab's backseat. We walk into town and find a small dinner that was open. We eat our breakfast quickly and he pays for breakfast against my disapproval. We drive thirty minutes and arrive at the resort outside of town.

We drive up a curvy road towards the top of the mountain. "We're here!" I say excited as he pulls the truck off the gravel and parks on the grass.

"Theresa, this place is amazing." He says as he steps out of the truck. We walk over to the wooden stand and look out over the mountain. This place reminds me of Heaven back in the city, but without the cars and lights. This overlook was filled with lower mountains and calm farms. "You know what this reminds me of?" He asks.

"What is that?"

"Heaven."

"I was thinking the same thing. It is the opposite, but has the same feel." He pulls out his phone and takes a picture of the view. He then asks me to take a picture with him with the view in the background. "There is a path that we can walk on if you want to." I point to a gated grass path through the woods.

"Yeah, lets go." We started to walk on the path that went along the mountain. Our conversation was easy, but there was something pulling us together. We both fought the urge, even though I didn't want to.

"My college class isn't hard, but it is the tests and quizzes that get us all." I answer his question.

"I never really liked the idea of college. It never seemed to be my kind of thing."

"Not everyone is meant to go to college. You're probably already getting paid more than some adults I know."

"I don't mind my job. I can see myself doing it for the rest of my life if the Army stuff doesn't work out."

"I think you're going to be great with the Army." I look down at the grass below.

"Thanks. Have you given anymore thought to what you want to do?"

"Yeah. You know I want to be a doctor, but I think I want to specialize in women and infants."

"That's good you have an idea of where you want to go. You're going to be like thirty when you finally become a doctor." His laugh causes me to look up at him and smile.

"Oh hush. Don't remind me. I consider that every day."

"Why do you sound so sad about it?"

"I don't want to sound selfish." I look back to the ground.

"You can tell me anything."

"I want a family and to have a baby one day, but how am I going to do that if my life is filled with eighty hour weeks?"

He stays quiet for a few seconds. "I know it may seem like that, but when you get to that point in your life you will be able to manage the two things you love." His words made me stop thinking about my worries. What he said was exactly what I needed to hear.

"Thanks." I say as I smile up at him. He stops walking and smiles at me. At this exact moment, it began to snow. We both look up and see the steady white snowflakes as they hit our face. I smile and put my hands out to catch the October snow. I look back to Logan and see him looking at me. I smile at him. I want him to lean in and kiss me. This magical moment could be made perfect. He could pull me against him and kiss me. My mind is screaming! Logan just kiss me!
