"Good morning sunshine." I say as I sit on her bed and place my hand on her sleepy shoulder. Instead of responding she only moans in disapproval. "I brought some coffee!" I say as I try to bribe her to come out from under the pillow placed on her head. With another moan she takes the pillow off her head and sits up slowly squinting her eyes as if in pain. Without a word she motions for the coffee cup on the nightstand.

"How are you not feeling this?" She asks after taking a long sip from the coffee cup.

"Because unlike some people I know, I didn't down seven bottles." I said laughing.

"Seven!" She says surprised.

"Yeah, seven." I repeat. She takes one hand off the hot cup and puts it to her forehead.

"Just tell me I wasn't drunk enough to do something stupid."

"Well, once we got back into the townhouse you were really confused by Haiden's phone number on your arm." She looked at her arms and opened her eyes wide when she saw the sharpie writing on her tanning skin. "Then I had to steal the phone from you because you were talking about calling Mitchel and telling him that you wanted him to come down here and give you a kiss good night."

"Well that doesn't sound too bad."

"And I quote 'Mitchel should drive down here naked and give me a kiss goodnight. Then he can sleep in the ocean because there are other swordfish in the sea.'"

She stared at me with a straight face. She closed her eyes. "Thank God you stole my phone. What time is it?"

"It's almost noon." She moaned again, but this time taking the blanket off her body and standing up slowly.

"Welp. We shall not speak of this night to anyone."

"Wellll..."

"Oh no. What?"

"You kind of have a whole story posted to your Snapchat." I say cautiously.

"Oh crap! Where is my phone?" I point to the nightstand. I laugh as she quickly walks over and sits on the edge of the bed as she unlocks her phone. I swing over to the other side of the bed as she plays her story back. The few second videos start to play as she shows everyone holding their drinks up in the air, one of the girls pouring her drink onto her body, and a video of Haiden as he stands on his beach chair in a leader pose only for the chair to break and Haiden falling backwards into the sand. Alyssa puts her hand over her mouth as she begins to laugh at the videos she had taken which she barely remembered.

My phone began to ring. I stand up and grab it off the nightstand. An unknown number flashes on the screen.

"Hello?" I start.

"Hey Theresa. It's Crew. So its three days later and I was calling to see if you would like to go on a date with me tonight?"

"Hey Crew. I think I could fit you in my schedule for tonight."

"Can I pick you up around 7 tonight?"

I look over to Alyssa who is waiting anxiously for me to hang-up the phone. "Yeah, seven sounds great."

"Ok. I will see you then!" I could tell he was smiling.

"See you then." I respond as I remove the phone from my ear and hit the end call button.

Alyssa screams making me cringe while retaining the smile permanently on my face. "Theresa's got a date." She says childishly. I shake my head at her. "Ok. We should start getting you ready now!" She says standing up and walking over to my suitcase.
