Poem 87: Shadow

I'm just a shadow,
And I love being out in the spotlight,
I love the idea of being alone
'Coz I'm already used to it;
I am just a shadow,
And I found serenity in silence,
I hate the idea of receiving too much attention
'Coz it's draining my energy.
I'm just a shadow,
Who's fond of spending his time alone
But right now, it feels weird that I'm longing for attention,
I'm just a shadow,
Who is tired of being just a shadow,
I feel lost and cast out,
I really have no idea what to do anymore.
