Y/N/N = your nickname

This is super cheesy and i would just like to say that I hate horror films. not necessarily because of them being scary but because of the shitty plot so here have some cliche stuff. Its also kinda slow I guess

"Okay Y/N I left money on the table for pizza, Deacon will most likely try to con you into anything other than pizza and soda, don't let him. He needs to be in bed by 11 to be at practice on time tomorrow, so no late night. I don't know what time Ted will be home, hes at bills house so it could be pretty late but he has a key so don't freak out."

He looked around the living room once more and then back at me.

"I feel like I'm forgetting something but if you need me tonight my work number is on the fridge. And don't forget he has to be at practice at 9. I know Ted is supposed to make sure he gets there on time but he can't always be the most reliable. I will see you at practice tomorrow at noon to pay you and bring Deacon home."

"Sounds good Mr Logan. And don't worry I've got this. He will be safe with me I promise. No late night, nothing other than pizza, and in time for baseball in the morning."

"Thank you for coming in such short notice, I'll pay you at the game tomorrow, but I have to leave so I'll see you then."

"See you then."

He grabbed his keys and walked out the door, getting in his car and rolling off to the police station. When I turned around I was met with Deacon leaning against the wall looking at me.

"So how much did he leave for pizza? Can we get breadsticks?"

"He only left enough for pizza and soda so no breadsticks."

"Aww come on we could skip the soda."

"Nope, now what pizza do you want?"

"Pepperoni, ooh and get Pepsi."

"Alright I'll call and order, why don't you go find something to do while I do. I'm sure you have homework."

"Aww come on it's Friday, why do I have to do my homework?"

"Because if you get it done now you'll have more time to spend around town after practice tomorrow and on Sunday."

He groaned.

"Fine, but I'll need your help with some of it."

After the pizza arrived we sat and ate, opening one box and setting the other on the stove top for Ted to dig into when he got home. It was about eight so I wasn't really worried about him being home anytime soon. When we were finished Deacon brought in his homework per my request and I helped with what he needed. It was a pretty quiet night for the most part until we decided to start watching movies. I told him we only had time for one, maybe two, before he had to go to bed. He obviously groaned but picked two movies anyways. The first was an action movie that I'd never seen before and by the end didn't really care for. But when it was over he ignored my protests of putting another movie in despite it being ten already. It was a horror film that I had also never seen, not being a fan of them and all, but I stayed and watched to amuse him anyways. As soon as the clock hit eleven I sent him off to bed despite his constant moans and groans complaining he wasn't tired yet. That's when Ted walked in the door.

Deacon was all but ready to pounce at the fact that 'ted was home and now that he is I must spend some quality brother time with him.' I wasn't buying it and sent him to the bathroom for him to brush his teeth and put his pajamas on. Ted, being clueless, looked around at the 'commotion' before being almost consumed in the movie playing in front of us. It wasn't even good but he was pretty close to being glued to the television.
