I sat in Michael's lap and looked across the table at Jeremy.

"I could ask her out for you if you'd like."

His eyes went wide.

"Definitely not!"

I shrugged and held Michael a little closer.

"Why not? I mean you like her don't you?"

"Well yeah but if I have you ask her out for me then I look like a wimp!"

He threw his hands in the air before putting them down and laying his head on the table in defeat. Suddenly Mr heere walked down the stairs which made me cover my whole face. All I heard was:

"Come on dad."

In Jeremys high pitched voice.

"Oh, sorry kids, didn't realize you had a girl over."

Michael rocked me a little bit which caused me to drop my hands a little and look at him. Mr heere had disappeared as well as Jeremy.

"Do you think he'll ever ask her out?"

Michael just shrugged.

"I don't know, I mean it would be good for the both of us since every one thinks we're boyfriend's."

He looked over to the Hall leading into the living room. I made a shocked face and inhaled sharply.

"You mean you two aren't dating? This whole time I thought I was your side piece."

We both just laughed before he pulled me to him and kissed me deeply. When he pulled away he just looked into my eyes.

"You know I'm sure highschool would be a lot easier if you went to school with us. Although I'm sure if anyone saw me with you they'd think it was a ruse or something."

He half smile and I kissed him lightly.

"I guess I'd just have to set them straight huh?"

He smiled and kissed me again.

"I'm glad we get to do this though."

He kissed me back but I pulled away and looked at him weird.

"Do what?"

I said faking innocence. He just shook his head and started kissing me again. Not before long Jeremy walked back in all hot and bothered. He sighed before falling back into his seat. I pulled away from Michael but all he did was pout at me and start kissing down my neck, with little angel kisses.

"Are you okay Jeremy?"

He didn't answer me for a minute, just stared at the ground. When he was shaken from his thoughts he met my eyes and nodded his head no. I stood up promptly to Michaels dismay and walked over to Jeremy and gave him a long enduring hug. I rubbed his back before squeezing him a little.

"It'll be okay, I mean I can't promise anything, but it'll turn out alright in the end."

I watched Michael lean against the table out of my peripherals and sighed. I nodded towards him for a little reassurance, he cleared his throat.

"Yeah bud, I'm sure something will go right and then you two will be a thing. I mean I got a girl, how hard can it be?"

Micheal looked at me and winked, I just shook my head and kept rubbing Jeremy's back.

"He's right jer, I'm sure something big will happen."

He pulled back and rubbed his hands over his face.

"Thanks guys, but I don't need something big to happen I just need to be cool."

I gave Mike a knowing glare, this wasn't gonna be easy for anyone.
