All furniture mentioned is pictured above and can be found/bought on Black Craft Cult 's website or Instagram. The house was also found on their Instagram. The outfit described is also pictured above for a clearer indication. The shirt would be tucked into the skirt but if you don't like the shirt I would just Invision a solid white long sleeve shirt.

Also last resort (song mention in the first sentence) is sung by Papa roach.

I jolted upright as Last Resort blared in my ears. I ripped my earbuds from my ears and looked around at the black antique looking furniture that surrounded me. I had awoken in an unfamiliar place and was laid on the hardwood floor in a large room. It contained one black couch and matching side tables, they sat opposite a large granite fireplace. I wrapped my headphones around my phone and shoved it in the pocket of my navy blue skirt as I stood. My brown oxfords tapped lightly on the dark wood as I made my way to the open foyer. It led to an large open space containing two halls opposite each other and a black metal spiral staircase in the center of the otherwise empty room.

I called out hoping to hear an answer but also scared of the result. When I was met with no response I called again and stepped down the hall past the stair case. This hall was home to four rooms: one empty, one "smoking", one sitting, and one for vanity. Each held only a small fraction of dark furniture with closely matching printed wallpaper. I enjoyed the goth feel to it but it was a bit unnerving being here alone. I called out upon stepping to each room and found no answer. I decided to go back past the stairs and the room I awoke in and see what the opposite hall held. Upon further inspection I was only able to find a large kitchen and small dining room, each separate from each other and on opposite sides of the hall. It seemed suspicious to me that there would be a small set of table and chairs set to the side in the kitchen and a dinning room with a door to it.

Never less when I found both rooms to be body less I pressed forward and made my way back to the main living area where I had awoken five minutes prior. I stood alone in the archway of the room and huffed to myself. I gazed around the room one quick time and made note of a large darkly stained wooden door on the wall to the left of the fireplace. I went to step forward towards it when a voice sounded from behind me. I whipped around quickly to see a dark haired man in a tailored suit step slowly down the spiral staircase. He had handsome features and looked mysterious in the way he presented himself. As he hit the last stair he slid his hand off the rail, making the silver band on his middle finger ring lightly through the large room. He walked forward and inspected me.

"Youre not exactly the person I was expecting,"

I opened my mouth to find myself closing it and giving him a questioning look.

"Well you see my father has given me a series of tests. And you y/n are the key to the last one I suppose."

I skewed my eyebrows together and stepped back from him as he reached out to me.

"How do you know my name?"

"Oh, how rude of me,"

He held his hand out to me to shake.

"I'm Dominic, but here of late I have been formerly know as Lucifer."

I placed my hand in his and he kissed my knuckles.

"Lucifer, like, the devil."

He smirked against my hand.

"That's right."

I pulled my hand back and stepped away from him again.

"So I guess god dropped me here then?"

"Of course, who else?"

I just laughed in disbelief, he couldn't be serious. Could he?

"You don't mean to tell me that god, in all his divine power, left me laying in the floor in the parlor do you?"

He just shrugged and smirked at me.

"You'd be surprised, that divine power has limits you know."

I shook my head and crossed my arms over my chest.

"Alright, you said I was the key to your last test. What is it then?"

He opened his mouth and pointed at me before closing it again.

"I have no idea."

I threw my arms in the air, letting my hands smack my legs when they fell back down.

"Great, so I have to stay in a house with the devil himself, and neither of us know why."

"Yes but if it would make you feel better, when I was left here I was told the test would only last 48 hours."

"Two days?!"

He scrunched his face.

"Is that a problem?"

"Um yes! I have like a life and stuff, unless God wants to do my job for me."

"I'm sure he'll take care of it. He did last time."

His gaze fell on the ground which just intrigued me.

"Last time?"

He looked at me quickly in a slight panic.

"Like I said, final test. There have been three so far, you being the fourth."

I mouthed an 'oh' to him.
