I saw this Greek gods tag on Tumblr so I decided to do it.

Aphrodite: what you find attractive in a person

Intelligence. I know that's not a physical thing, and I have a feeling that whoever wrote this question was thinking of something physical because Aphrodite is the goddess of beauty and love, etc. So I guess something physical for me would be glasses. I really love guys with glasses.

Apollo favorite piece of music

I don't have like an all-time favorite piece of music. (I'm assuming this question/statement refers to playing music, but in case it doesn't I don't have a favorite piece to listen to.) But, in band right now (and I'm typing this up on April 8, 2017) we're playing this song called "Songs of the Plains" by Pierre LaPlante. I wish there was a video or something I could link for you guys to hear it, but I can't find one. I have a solo in it actually. It's funny how much I enjoy this song because I have to play clarinet for it and if you guys know how much I fucking hate playing clarinet.

Ares: opinion on war

I think a lot of war is unnecessary. But there are times when it's needed, but usually, because something unnecessary and horrible happened first. For example, I think it's important that the Allied powers got involved in world war II because of what was happening over in Europe. But, like world war I was kind of unnecessary. It literally started because of an assassination and everyone had to jump in because of alliances. If it would have been dealt in a diplomatic manner the war wouldn't have happened. But they just jumped straight to war.

Artemis: favorite animal and why

My favorite animal would have to be elephants. They always look so damn happy all the time. I also really love cats.

Athena: share a piece of wisdom

School is important. Doing your best in school is important. Don't blow things off just because you don't care about it. I don't care about everything I learn in school, but I still make it a priority. And now I'm getting a full ride to college for academics (mostly my academic achievements in math and science).

Dionysus: red, white, or rose?

I don't drink alcohol. If I drink alcohol while on my ADD medicine it could very easily put me in a coma. Besides, I think alcohol smells disgusting.

Demeter: favorite season and why

winter. I have a reason for this. I have allergies to pollen and grass, etc. I don't like spring because I can't breathe due to all pollen in the damn air and farm equipment kicking shit up into the air that I'm allergic to. Summer is more of the same with pollen and shit, except there's also the added thing of heat and sun, and I burn in like 5 minutes. Fall (AKA Autumn) brings, even more, pollen and shit when farmers harvest. I have trouble breathing during those seasons. I have to take allergy pills every fucking day. The only times where I don't have to take them is winter. So that's my favorite season because I can fucking breathe and have an excuse to not go outside due to the cold.

I don't have one.

Hades: do you believe in life after death?

You know, I'm not quite sure. There could be or there could not be. we'll only ever find out after we die.

Helios: opinion on tanning

I don't think it's entirely bad. Spray tanning all the time obviously isn't good because you're breathing in those chemicals al lthe time. Tanning beds obviously aren't good all the time because of UV rays. Tanning in the sun obviously isn't good because of UV rays. But, I think if you do it in moderation it's not going to hurt you. I personally can't tan because 1) I'm white as fuck and 2) I burn in 5 minutes.

Hephaestus: do you think disability can ruin a relationship?

I think it can in the sense that if someone in the relationship can't look past the disability and see the person for who they truly are.

Hera: opinion on feminism

I think the original idea of feminism is good. There's an obvious wage gap between males and females. There's still a lot of stereotypes surrounding females being in a STEM career. Like I know people are going to ask me if I'm a nurse or studying to be a nurse when I say I'm in a STEM career or studying or a STEM career. My anatomy teacher has pointed this out to my class before (my anatomy class is all girls. There was only one guy this past school year taking anatomy and it was my friend). She's been asked what she does, and she says she's a teacher. They ask if she's a kindergarten teacher. No. An elementary teacher? She says no she teaches high school. So they ask if she's an English or art teacher. No, she's a science teacher.

Feminism is needed, but the people who stand up and say they're claiming for feminism (the ones that get the attention) are not was what is needed. Those people are claiming to feminists and they're not. They're the reason I don't call myself a feminist because I don't want to be associated with them. They don't advocate for what feminism was originally for. They advocate that all men are bad and everyone needs to bow down to women because they're so much better. what we really need is equality between everyone. Not just men and women, but also equality between different races, ethnicities, and nationalities.

I really love old houses. Like big old houses. But, I also love modern apartments. I'll probably go for the modern apartment in the future because I'll be living in a city.

Pan: opinion on gay rights

I support it. Especially gay marriage. If you don't like it, guess what? It's not your marriage or relationship, so stay the fuck out of other people's business.

Persephone: is climate change really a thing or is everyone just overreacting?

I will say that China is not the cause of global warming like Trump said. However, we did some research in my biology class my sophomore year, and guess what? Over the past century, the average temperature of the globe has only gone up by 1 degree. So, I think a lot of it just overreacting.
