📓: What's your degree/major?
Major: Health Sciences on a pre-Physician Assistant track
Minor: Biology
Thinking about adding another minor in psychology
📒: What does a typical day look like?
Wake up, go to class, do some work, fuck around on my phone, watch TV, shower, go to sleep. And I eat randomly in that routine.
📕: What is your weakest subject?
In high school it was English. With the classes I'm taking this semester I would say my bio lab because the prelab quizzes are fucking hard and way too specific.
📗: What is your strongest subject?
In high school, it was math and science and history. With the classes I'm taking this semester I would say medical terminology and interracial communications and culture & health care.
📘: What is your favorite subject?
This semester I would say interracial communications. Biology is my minor, but it makes me want to bang my head on the desk because it's so boring and we just get read the PowerPoint.
🎨: Are you a doodler?
No. I hate it.
🎹: Do you have a study soundtrack?
No.
🎓: When do you plan to graduate?
With my undergrad, December 2020.
💰: Do you plan to do a post-grad?
Yes. Physician assistant school is required after undergrad to become a PA. You generally get your master's degree in most PA programs.
🎤: Do you prefer group projects or presentations?
Neither. I have a group presentation coming up for a final this semester. I hate it. My group isn't a problem. I just don't want to do it.
📚: Describe your study space.
My bed generally. So all my shit is all over the bed and I sit under a blanket most of the day.
📌: If you could go to any university, which would it be and why?
I don't know. The one I go to now because they're giving me such big scholarships to be here that's it's free and they're actually paying me to be here.
📝: Do you prefer essays or tests?
Tests.
🌗: Are you a morning or night studier?
A daytime studier. After 8 or 9 pm, I call it quits, but I also don't start studying generally until after I'm done with classes for the day.
💤: How much sleep do you get each night?
I would say on average 7 to 7.5 hours.
🍸: How often do you go out and party?
Never. I hate it.
🍪: What are your favorite snacks to get you through studying?
I don't really snack.
🎾: Were/are you athletically gifted?
Haha, no. I tend to hurt myself.
✏️: Do you like your handwriting?
It's okay.
🛏: Do you pull all-nighters?
No. You should not compromise your health (and you are compromising your health by doing this type of shit) for an education. Sure, every once in a while pull an all-nighter. But it should not be a regular thing.
💯: What's your proudest academic achievement?
My scholarships
💆: What does your self-care routine look like?
In the morning, I wash my face and moisturize. In the evenings, I shower and then moisturize. That's about it. As for other self-care I watch TV and read almost every night for at least an hour.
☝️: What's the best university advice you've ever been given?
I don't know. People tend to not give me advice. I tend to not get advice about most things. I also don't ask, so that may be why.
🎭: Do you partake in any extra-curriculars or societies?
I'm in 3 different extra-curriculars. I'm in STEM Fellows, Choose Ohio First, and the Pre-PA Association.
