Morning and Night Routines

I always see these on Tumblr so I thought I would give it ago. Pretty much all it is, is your morning and/or night routine. I'm going to do both. Most days I do relatively the same thing. Next school year hopefully my routines will be the same for every day and I'll have a sleep schedule better suited for me.

MORNING

    I'm more of a more person. I don't like to go to bed super late. One it's bad for your health (especially if you don't keep a consistent sleeping schedule). Two, it's easier on your body physically and mentally to keep a consistent schedule consistent with your biological clock.

    I don't like to do super early morning like before the fucking sun is up (I will if I have to), but I like to be awake by 8 or at the latest 9. But with my shit ass roommate and her loud obnoxious doesn't think about anyone but herself and her fucked up sleeping schedule that goes from 3am to 2 or 3 pm (just a note it's not good to sleep that much). So now for the actual routine.

1. Waking Up

    On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, my first class starts at 10:00 or 10:15 (Mondays only). So, I get up around 8:30.

    On Wednesdays and Friday, my first class (actually it's a lab) starts 9:10. So I get up at 8:00.

2. Getting Ready

    It doesn't take me long to pick out an outfit because I usually have something in mind before I go to bed or I just throw something on.

    After getting dressed or at least partially dressed (sometimes I dont put my shirt on right away). I brush my hair and teeth. Then I put my shirt on if I don't have it on already and put deodorant and body spray on.

    Finally I'll put my shoes on and my glasses if I haven't already. Oh, and I take my ADHD medicine.

3. Extra Time

    If I have extra time before I need to leave for breakfast or class, I make my bed, and tidy up some or read some.

4. Leave for Class or Breakfast

    On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, the latest I leave for class is 9:40. Usually I leave at about 9:30. Then I read until class starts.

    On Wednesdays and Fridays, the latest I leave for class is 8:50. Usually I leave at about 8:40. Then I study until lab starts since we have daily quizzes.

NIGHT

    I don't like staying up past midnight. I prefer to go to bed shortly after 11.

1. Take shower

    I take showers at night because it disgusts me to climb into bed germs and grime on you from the day.

2. Getting Ready

    First I get dressed in what I'm wearing to bed. Next, I always moisturize my face at night because after washing my face my skin gets really dry. Then, I brush my teeth and hair.

3. Relaxing

    Next, I relax by watching Netflix (more like I have it on for background noise and to block out my fucking rude ass roommate) and I read and/or play games to keep up my daily playing streaks.

4. Birth Control/Bed

    At 11 every night I take my birth control pill. At that point I like to go to sleep. But I have to leave Netflix on because I would much rather listen to that then my fucking roommate and her friend who won't leave until 2-3am.
