Myra's POV:

I woke up to Nathan shaking me slightly. Cole was still fast asleep and had his arms wrapped around my waist, holding me close to his chest. Nathan smiled at me.

"Myra? Could you get Cole up for me? I want to apologise to him before we leave..." He whispered, looking a bit embarrassed.

"Yeah, of course. Wh-" I stopped mid sentence to yawn. "What time is it?"

"It's around eight. Ben and Rose just left to get food a few minutes ago. We were planning on leaving around ten." I sleepily nodded and stretched.

"Okay. Now go outside and knock on the door in like two minutes because Cole's crazy protective of me. If he finds out you were here talking to me beforehand, apologising won't be worth it." I whispered. Nathan nodded and quietly crept outside again, slowly shutting the door behind him. I waited a few seconds before waking up Cole. "Badger?" Cole slowly opened his eyes and smiled at me.

"Morning, Frostbite." Cole yawned and stretched. I stood up and Cole whined a bit. "Staaaayyy. Please?" He pouted. I almost gave in, but I remembered Nathan was outside.

"You're cute, but not happening. We're leaving today and I don't know about you, but I'm hungry." Suddenly there was knocking at the door. I walked over and opened it to see Nathan standing there.

"Hey... uhh... Could I talk to Cole?" He asked nervously.

"Nope." Cole glared at him and walked to my side, wrapping an arm around my shoulder protectively.

"Yes. Cole, I'll go get us breakfast. You'll be civilized for me, won't you?" I asked, trying to draw his attention back to me.

"I don't have anything to say to him." Cole snapped. I could feel him tense up.

"Yes you do. You can apologize for yelling. Nathan, if he gives you any trouble, don't be afraid to tell me." I told him and started to pull away from Cole.

"But Myra I-" Cole protested, but I cut him off.

"Badger I'll be back in ten minutes with food for both of us. Now behave." I quickly slipped past Nathan and out the door, shutting it behind me. I took my time walking to the dining pavilion. Nathan and Cole needed to work things out. If they couldn't work together, then this whole thing could fall apart. I walked into the dining pavilion and sat down next to Ben and Rose. I figured I'd talk to them for awhile before I grabbed the food. "Hey guys!"

"Hey, Myra. What's up?" Rose asked, happily eating a cinnamon roll.

"Came to grab breakfast for Cole and me." I replied and stretched lazily, glancing over a nearby stack of plates.

"Oh cool. Why didn't he just come though?" She asked, looking up at me.

"He's talking things over with Nathan. Hopefully they're apologizing, but I wouldn't count on it." I sighed. Hopefully I wouldn't go back to find them trying to kill each other.

"No, he is. That just means my talk with Nathan last night worked." Rose smiled triumphantly and Ben looked at her with admiration.

"Thanks again for everything, Rose. I mean... I don't remember much, but I definitely ruined that normal night you wanted..." I gave her a sheepish grin. I just couldn't seem to stay out of trouble lately. I had good intentions trying to open up to Rose and then we fought, I tried to talk to Cole and then I almost ran away and he almost died, I tried to protect everyone and then ended up getting loopy and ruining our last night at camp... Gods, why can't I do anything right?
