Myra's POV:

Will had fled my cell in a panicked state, leaving me angry and confused. What was wrong with him?! It'd be one thing if he'd hurt me, but Rose? She's sick! For someone who's been spending all his time with her, he hardly gave me an update on her health either. Next time he came into my cell he was in for it. The sound of footsteps and quiet voices snapped me out of my thoughts. I looked up just as Corbyn and Walker came over to my cell. They were carrying some plates with food on them, though I couldn't see what it was in the dim lighting.

"Hey, Myra! Miss us?" Walker gave me a bright smile and unlocked my cell door.

"Ugh. There goes my peace and quiet." I pretended to be annoyed as the boys made their way over to me. Walker shut and locked the door behind him. Corbyn set down a plate in front of me with... "Is... is that a pancake?" I snatched the plate off the floor before they could answer, shoving half the pancake into my mouth.

"I take it you like pancakes?" Corbyn laughed, watching me eat. I rolled my eyes and didn't reply, my mouth full. I finished the pancake after a minute or two and set the plate down. Walker hadn't even started eating yet.

"Myra, you're gonna be sick!" Walker scrunched up his nose.

"Too late. No regrets." I shrugged and wrapped my blanket around myself. Walker sighed and began eating. Corbyn almost choked because he started laughing again. While they ate I began to talk to them, mostly about Will. "He just came in, gave me the shot, and then ran away like a coward! What the hell is his problem?! And he didn't tell me anything about Rose except 'she's fine'. That's literally the most generic information he could have given me! She's obviously not fine! She's sick and he took her away from me! I swear next time he-" My ranting was cut off by Corbyn.

"Myra... Will's a good guy, okay? I'm sure he'll sort out whatever's wrong and come and apologise. Olthen's always been harder on him. He's probably just having a bad day." Corbyn soothed. I was still furious and he could tell. He and Walker shared a quick look before they both looked back at me. Before they could say anything, I heard someone walking towards us. I glared angrily. If it's Will I'm gonna throat punch him. A girl stepped into the light, holding something in her arms. I had no idea who she was, but Corbyn and Walker seemed to know her.

"Hey, guys! Hey, Myra! I'm Shadow." The girl introduced herself. I looked her up and down trying to decide if she posed a threat to me.

"Did Will send you?" I asked, sending a look at Corbyn. He gave me a reassuring smile and kept eating.

"No, Damian did." Shadow smirked a bit.

"Oh... Wait. Where is Damian?" He was the one who normally gave me my shot in the mornings. But today Will stormed in.

"He has some work to do, in the meantime, I have some stuff for you." Shadow said, coming closer to the bars.

"Stuff? Like a key to get out of here?" I asked hopefully, Shadow rolled her eyes.

"You wish. No, I have some clothes. I figured you'd been in those for so long you'd be more comfortable if you changed." She held up the stack of clothes she was holding.

"Thanks I guess... You don't happen to have a shower around here do you?" I asked. I badly needed a shower. So so badly.

"I'll have to talk to Olthen about that, but I'll get back to you." She replied looking down the hallway before looking back at me.

"I guess clothes are better than nothing." I sighed, moving closer to the bars and sitting down by her feet.

"Awesome! Let me show you what I've brought." Shadow sat down opposite of me, the bars in between us.
