Cole's POV:
It's been about two days... maybe three. But, tonight's the night that Ben and I have decided to get some rest. We haven't slept since the day that we started traveling, but I told Ben to sleep first and I'd be the one to take the first watch. He's been restless and freaking out the second Rose and Myra left. I don't blame him though. When you care about someone, you never want to see them go, or to let anything happen to them. We didn't want to take any chances either, so just going to check on them like we are wasn't bothering me one bit. I was starting to miss Myra anyways.
After three hours, I woke Ben up. He said he'd let me sleep for three hours too and then we'd be off again. I fell asleep, it hit me fast since I felt like my body was way past exhaustion. I hoped to dream of better times, when Myra was at Camp, Rose and Ben were fine... before that arrow hit Nathan. Before any of this happened... yet we were still close friends. But that didn't happen. "Who are you?" I asked the person standing a few feet in front of me. We were outside, in the forest. The both of us were surrounded by tall trees that didn't seem to have an end. It was bright, but my eyes didn't need to adjust. I knew it was a dream since it was daylight and I knew for a fact that I went to sleep at night... I'd say about 11:30 or 12 o'clock. He was, most likely, an actual person coming to me in a dream. Son of Hypnos, most likely. He looked too intimidating... too in control of himself. I'd never form a character like this in a dream... I never had before. The boy, though, looked around my age with piercing blue eyes, wearing an all black attire. He had a bandanna covering his face, bringing back bad memories. But I didn't let it faze me.
"Damian." He said after pulling down the bandanna. I never broke eye contact as I nodded my head.
"What's going on? What do you want from me?" I demanded him to answer with my harshly said words.
"Listen to me, Cole. We have Myra and Rose. He's back, Cole. He's fulfilling what he said to you." I glared at him.
"Olthen is doing this!?" I rose my voice, filled with rage. "I swear I'll find you and I will kill all of you!" I screamed at him. He never flinched. In response, he crossed his arms.
"Listen, Olthen doesn't know I'm here. He doesn't know I'm coming to you, okay? I met Myra a-"
"Don't you dare touch her!" I cut him off. I put a hand out towards me as to reassure me.
"I didn't touch her, Cole. I'd never hurt her or Rose. But you have to listen, they're... they're different. They don't deserve to be with us. Olthen has these plans... and all I can said is that they're... they're not good. I've never agreed with Olthen or what he stood for, but I'd never let him know. He'd kill me if I did. This isn't the first time he's taken people prisoner... but I think he's going too far this time... Cole you have to get here. Quickly." I cringed internally at the thought of my Frostbite... a prisoner? To Olthen!? I'll kill him...
"Where are they." I commanded.
"We're in Georgia... the Atlanta Prison Farm." I scrunched my face. I've read about this before... it sounded so familiar.
"That's impossible... that burned down, didn't it?" He shook his head, no.
"That's what Olthen wanted people to think. That it wasn't there. But it is, it's just hidden. I'll come back to you in a dream in 15 days, alright? That should be enough time for you to get here. I must go, now... it's too risky to talk to you for this long. Good luck, Cole." He didn't leave any time for me to speak before he disappeared. This left me in darkness. A dreamless sleep for the remaining time I had before Ben woke me up.
"Hey, Cole. Come on, wake up. It's time." I was awoken by Ben, presumably, three hours later from when I first went to sleep.
"Georgia." I said after I opened my eyes. I began to sit up and rub the sleep out of my eyes.
"What?" Ben questioned. I ran a hand through my hair and motioned for Ben to sit down.
"I had-" my voice choked... I forgot... I couldn't talk about Olthen. Damn it... "We have to go to Georgia, Ben. That's where they are." He looked at me, curious but confused.
"How do you know?" I sighed.
"Ben you have to trust me, I just know... I can't talk about it, just-please believe me." He nodded, looking down.
"Are you sure?" Ben said looking back up to me.
"Positive." He nodded again.
"Alright, let's get going then. We can eat on the way. I packed some breakfast burritos." He said sadly. Probably remembering that Rose did that for the quest we went on, I remember, once I was actually part of the quest, Rose brought a bunch of them. She said one time, "there's always enough room for burritos, Cole." This was when we were going to save Myra. I could see why Ben fell for her, she always knew how to brighten the mood. I know if Myra decided that she needed to go clear her head, like Rose did, I'd feel the same as Ben right now. He must be devastated... but now they're imprisoned... freaking Olthen... I'll kill him... I'll kill his whole squad of freaks. The ones who left me for, almost, dead. They tortured me... no mercy... I hope Ben's gonna be up for a fight when the time comes. Then again, he doesn't have a choice.
