Myra's POV:

"Frostbite?" Cole called out to me softly, a smile on his face. Hunter came racing out of nowhere, jumping on top of me and wagging his tail playfully. We were all by the lake at Camp. I'd recognize this spot anywhere. Unable to stop the grin from appearing on my face, I ran over to Cole and let him hold me close, enjoying the warmth he naturally gave off. He pushed my hair away from my face and pressed his forehead against mine and closed his eyes, leaning in...

Suddenly I could feel something cold pressed against my neck, jolting me awake. I attempted to send an icy blast at my attacker, but instead all I got was a powerful electric shock. It felt like liquid fire in my veins. I screamed and whimpered, my vision blurring. I automatically put all of my remaining strength into the attack, fear and pain blocking out reason. I could feel the energy physically draining out of me. "Myra! Myra, stop! You're hurting yourself!" Someone yelled at me. Tears were streaming down my face as mind numbing pain surged through me. I whined and felt two hands placed on my shoulders, as if trying to ground me. "Easy, Myra. Close your eyes. It's okay. You're... You're safe." I tried to calm down, still violently shaking. "Gods... okay. Deep breaths now." I closed my eyes and started to breath slowly. "This will only hurt for a second." I had come to my senses just enough to realize this was bandanna boy. The one with the needle. I felt the cold point pressed against my neck again, but before I could protest he withdrew it. "There, done." He spoke softly. I opened my eyes to see his nose scrunch up with concern.

"W-What the hell d-do you think you're doing here? I-I'll fight you." I weakly snarled, still extremely shaky and overwhelmed. The boy ignored me and helped sit me up.

"You didn't eat anything last night. I'm going to get you food now, okay? Don't move. You need rest after that." He ordered and left the cell, closing my door with a loud clang. I leaned back against the wall, wrapping a blanket around me. I don't remember there being one last night, so the boy must have brought one. My body was painfully aching from the electric shock. I closed my eyes, trying to focus on steadying my breathing and quelling my oncoming headache. When the shock had started, my jaw automatically clenched, sending waves of pain through my head. I felt like I was going to be sick.

"Myra?" Rose's voice called out. I could hear the concern in her tone and opened my eyes halfway to look over at her. She was standing at the edge of her cell, her hands gripping the bars while she stared at me. "Myra?! Are you alright?" She raised her voice. I attempted to talk, but I only managed some incoherent mumbling. Rose said something else afterwards, but everything seemed a bit... distorted at the moment. If only I wasn't so freaking useless...

About a half an hour later, the boy came back over to my cell with someone else. The newcomer looked like he was also around my age. He had short, dark brown hair and piercing blue eyes that made me feel on edge. Besides a black bandanna, he also wore a matching black shirt and hood. I braced myself as soon as my cell door opened. "Myra, this is Damian. He's here to help you." Bandanna boy introduced us. Damian stayed quiet. I noticed he was holding two trays, presumably with food. Damian handed one to him and held the other, placing it next to me. I tried to shift away and whimpered in pain. Damian shot me an annoyed look.

"We got soup. It'll help." He spoke flatly and picked up the bowl off the tray. "Will says you don't trust him and you're too weak to feed yourself right now, so you're stuck with me for the time being." He got a spoonful of it, but I kept my mouth sealed shut and glared at him. There was absolutely no way I was being spoon fed. I ignored the frustrated look Damian gave me and watched Bandanna boy, whose name was apparently Will, slide Rose's food under the bars. Damian made a second attempt to try and feed me, but I turned my head away. After a few more failed attempts, Damian glared over at Will. "I tried it your way. Can we do it my way now?" He snapped.

"Fine. Just don't overdo it." Will was still by Rose's cell, watching me carefully.

"Thank the gods..." Damian set the bowl down on the tray and turned to face me. I shifted as far away as possible, but it was painful and slow to do so. Damian put his right hand on my forehead and closed his eyes. I started to struggle at first, but I started to feel groggy; almost as if I was half asleep. The warm feeling from my dream came back, blocking out the pain. I started to doze off, but Damian shook me a bit. "You good, Myra? Awake enough to eat?" He asked slowly. I didn't process everything he said right away, but I'm so hungry and so tired and it's not like I'm ever capable of much anyways... I shakily nodded my head and Damian gave me a soft smile, before starting to get a spoonful of soup. I was still more than half asleep by the time the bowl was empty. Will and Damian spoke to each other for a minute before Damian came back over to my side. "Do you need anything else, Myra?" He asked. He seemed a bit surprised when I nodded my head, but gestured for me to talk.

"I-I...I want my B-Badger..." I slurred and yawned loudly right after. Anything anyone said after that was a blur as my vision started to fade again. Someone moved me so I was lying back down. The last thing I heard was Rose's voice explaining something, then everything melted away into peaceful darkness.
