Just touch my hand for a second,
And act like you feel the elecrticty buzzing
Through your soul as well.
Hold me close,
So close that I don't doubt that you care,
So close that just for a second,
I think that your heart,
Is the purpose for my beat.
Smile at me,
As if you think I'm your whole world,
Even if it's just for a second,
Amuse me with blissful perfection,
Amuse me with feeling wanted,
Amuse me with your love,
Pull me up by my strings,
I don't care if you let go of them again,
Just pull them up so high,
So that I just look down at the world,
And enjoy it's beauty in your eyes for a
Minute.
Just let me garnish it,
Hold your lips close to my ear,
And whisper to me all that I want to hear,
Whisper, "I love you",
Even if you don't mean it,
Just do it for my pounding heart.
I'm begging you,
Just for today,
Amuse me.
