Don't do it

Look at the stars as they reflect against
Your skin.
It's dark,
But there will always be light.

Look at your tears,
Cascading down your cheeks,
As a never ending waterfall,
Are waterfalls not beautiful?

Listen to the birds,
And hold onto their hymns,
If you listen for only a second,
You'll hear their endless promises.

Put your hand on your chest,
Close your eyes,
And feel the beating of your heart,
As it hammers through your ears.

Say something, anything at all,
And listen to how your words
Fill the air around you,
With echoes that refuse to go away.

Listen to the wind,
Moving the tree tops,
Wilting every breath and every gasp,
Into a beautiful rhythmic movement.

Stand in the rain,
And feel the drops,
Falling onto your broken skin,
And promising to make it what it once was.

Watch the storm,
Then wait for the rainbow,
All desperate and sorrowful days,
Come to an end.

Close your eyes,
Then open them again,
You get to choose,
Whether or not you see darkness.

I know you dont see a point in any of it,
Life is worthless,
Is all that you think,

But I need you to put down that blade,
Before piercing into your skin again,
Let go of the trigger, for just a second,
Put down the lasso,
Dont jump off that ledge,
Dont breathe in, with all that water
Surrounding you,
Set aside that container of pills,
And listen to me,

I need you to do the list of all the things I
Told you to do.
For now,
Your life is a storm,
Your heart is lying in splintered pieces,
And your mind is a war zone,
But remember,
Once there was a time,
Where everything was a rainbow,
And I need for you to hold onto that,
You will smile again,
Thats a promise I make,
I just need for you to look at life,
And know what beauty you,
Oh unique you,
Were chosen to be a part of.
Dont do it,
Dont give up,
Just think of life,
Not the people in it,
Or the words and the actions,
But of life itself.

I promise you,
Every night has a sunrise,
Every nightmare has an end,
And every person, has a reason,
Including you.

Just do one thing for me,
That thought running through your head,
Don't do it.

(A/n: Suicide is not a form of trying to seek attention, it is because people truly gave up,  on themselves,  mostly because of other people's words and actions.  And honestly I know it can be hard,  to look at the bright side of things when all you see is darkness, but I promise you,  things will get better,  just don't give up on yourself, don't give up on the greatness that you we're set aside to do, because I just know that you are meant to change this world,  I just feel it in my bones.  And if ever you feel like it's getting too hard for you, just pm me, if ever you feel like you need to talk to anyone, I am here for you, please don't forget that.
