Go on more walks and adventures, take in nature.

Spend more time with people who bring you up and less time with people who drag you down.

Do more things for others. Little random acts of kindness go a long way for you and them!

Get more sleep! It helps our body recover from the day and repair itself.

Smile a lot. Just smiling and thinking positively even if it's hard will make you feel happier!
