Remove the bandage after 24 hours. Gently wash the tattoo with antimicrobial soap and water and pat dry. Apply a layer of antibacterial ointment twice a day, but don't out on another bandage. Gently wash your tattoo area several times a day with soap and water and gently pat dry.

Burning sensation can be a sign of a mild allergic reaction that can cause damages to your tattoo. Contact your tattooist for a suggestion of another healing cream. In this case the burning will be normal subside after 20-40 seconds after the application of your lotion.
