Looks like Snapchat. The stories disappear from your profile and feed after 24 hours unless you add it as your highlight.
Instagram highlights:
Are stories or Instagram lives that you can highlight on your profile, even after they disappear on stories. Highlights appear below your bio.
Double tap:
You do this to let people know you like their post by tapping twice on their image.
Filter:
A filter is an editing feature which can be applied to your post to enhance features and colours.
Following:
The people that an Instagram user follows.
Followers:
Instagram users or IGers that follow another IGer.
Hashtags:
The '#' symbol place in front of a keyword. Hashtags are searchable tags on Instagram.
News feed:
This is where you'll see all the posts and images shared by those you follow. This can be accessed by clicking on the 'house' icon on the bottom navigation panel.
Posts:
Any video or image content uploaded to an Instagram profile.
Profile:
This is your account information on Instagram. Your profile consists of your name, username, profile photo, and your photo gallery.
Direct messages:
This is where you can send private messages to another instagrammer.
Follow for follow:
If an instagrammer asks this, he/she wants to follow each other.
Spam for spam:
If an instagrammer asks this, he/she wants to like each other's posts.
Shoutout for shoutout:
If an instagrammer asks this, he/she wants to give each other a shoutout on Instagram stories of profile
