-Avoid taking long hot baths of showers
-If you take a bath add a few drops of ylang-ylang to keep skin moisturised.
-Lubricate skin with cocoa butter after showering or bathing.
-Exfoliate dry skin with a gentle body scrub 1-2 times a week, no more is needed.
-Use a humidifier to keep moisture in your home.
-Check the labels on your skin care products, avoid toners or anything with alcohol on it.
-include fatty foods into your diet, such as, avocado, salmon, coconut oil and herbal infusion tea.
