Electronics:
Turn of electronics and place them elsewhere. In today's world, these are a major distraction to many and the majority of calls and texts you receive aren't urgent.

Be Comfortable:
Sit in a comfortable place, but not your bed. You may end up falling asleep. Sit at your desk in a good chair, there is a reason bosses sit in nice chairs.

Make A List:
Make a list of things you have to do. Keep it short so that you won't stress out, but make it worth your while.

Headphones:
Use headphones only if you are able to control yourself. Classical music has been proven to help. If you can't handle it, then no music.

Time Yourself:
Set a timer for 30 minutes and see what you can get done. Make it a daily challenge and see how much you improve during each day.
