5-10 minutes;
-Get some fresh air (either go outside, or simply stand up and go to the nearest window- don't focus on anything and just breathe)
-Leave your room/desk and go for a little walk.
-Put on some energising music and dance for a song or two.
-Stand up and do some stretches.
-Do a few exercises e.g. sit ups & hula hooping

10-20 minutes;
-Make yourself a proper, healthy snack (cut an apple into slices and put peanut butter on every slice or make yourself a healthy smoothie.)
-Do some yoga - there are plenty of youtubers who have put up videos.
-Make a pretty revision timetable.
-Write in your diary.

20-40 minutes;
-Clean/organise your room/desk while listening to some upbeat music. It sounds a little boring but trust me you'll feel really productive afterwards.
-Call/facetime a friend or spend time with your family.
-Go for a run/walk.
-Baking.
-Take a nap - as long as you're not the kind of person who feels even more tired after having one!
-Watch one episode of a tv series.
-Read a book.

40-60 minutes;
-Play some sport eg tennis, golf etc.
-Try a new recipe and make yourself dinner for later.
-Work out.
-Go to an exercise class.
-Meet a friend for a meal.
-Do some online shopping/try on your clothes and put together outfits.
