If you dress nicely you'll feel better about yourself. You will be successful and presenting. Dressing nicely means something different to everyone. It doesn't mean wearing like a £100 outfit.

Think Positively:
Replace all negative thoughts with positive ones. Negative thoughts make you feel less confident but replacing them with positive ones will make you feel better.

Be prepared:
If you're doing a presentation or something like this, preparing and knowing your presentation as much as possible will make you feel more confident during your presentation.

Shower:
It's amazing how much a difference showering makes someone feel. Sometime it also makes you feel more comfortable depending on the weather.
