Find a friend:
Find a friend who also wants to try and improve the things that they eat. Anytime one of you wants to stop, the other can remind them on why they are being healthy. You can also cook healthy things together, go shopping for food and exchange recipes and recommendations.

Plan your meals:
Sit down and plan your meals for the next week. Research healthy and interesting looking recipes online and write down ingredients you need on a shopping list. This way you won't be tempted to have a spontaneous pizza/fries etc for dinner since 'there is nothing in the fridge.'

Pinterest:
Use Pinterest/insta etc to find yummy healthy eating pages make you own pin board of healthy recipes, food ideas and quotes to look at whenever you need some inspiration or motivation.

Be wise shopping:
Do not go shopping when you are hungry as you will just be tempted to buy junk foods/too much food in general to calm your cravings. Have a big well balanced meal before grocery shopping.

Reminder:
-Improving your diet does not mean just cutting on sugars/carbs etc because you still need these!
-It's about having well balanced meals which Can give you the right amount of energy/proteins/nutrients etc.
-Be mindful when you're snacking -it's okay!- just make sure the calories you are taking in are beneficial rather than empty calories (from junk foods) such just sit in your body. I'll do a tip on healthy snack ideas soon!
-Of course, have a cheat meal or snack is completely allowed every once in a while to reward yourself!
