Getting Over An Ex Friend

Express your feelings:
Whether you cry, eat, party, do what's best for you. Remember the reason your friendship ended!! You are better off without them in the long run. Think about this, why read the same book twice if the ending will be the same?

Don't shit talk:
Talking bad about your ex friend will not help. Whether you want to because of revenge, or spite, or genuine concern so people stay away from them, DONT. Even if you have good intentions, people will see you as petty.

Hang out with others:
After loosing a friend you may feel alone, so you should go and hangout either with people who aren't friends with your ex friend, or family. Go out and do something fun with them, like see a movie, go out to eat, bowling, etc. Making new friends also helps.

Self care:
Go do something for yourself!! Literally this will help in any situation. Pamper yourself, because the goal is to make you feel better. Get your nails done (or do them yourself) take a bath, cuddle with a pet, do whatever makes you happiest.
