How Often:
Wash whenever your hair needs to be washed. During the summer, you may wash your hair more compare to the winter. You shouldn't wash your hair every single day unless if your hair is oily.
•
Temperature:
Warm water givens a deep clean. Colder water prevents fizz. Burning hot water however, is just like applying heat to hair, and it will dry out.
•
Shampoo:
Lathering shampoo more than once is actually better. The first time get out big chunks, then rinse and wash again for a deeper, fresher clean.
•
Scrubbing:
Do you just slap shampoo on? Try actually scrubbing your scalp in circular motions. Make sure you have a nice lather going too!
•
Rinsing:
Rinse for 30-60 seconds to completely and thoroughly refresh your scalp and your hair.
