Crazy For Love Part 1

"Alopex? Are you alright?" Adam asked when he entered the master bedroom. The mutant fox was still sat on her bed, staring at the now stone cold breakfast her mother had made her.

"What were you and my mother arguing about?" She muttered.

"What do you mean?"

"I heard you two arguing downstairs, what was it about?"

"Oh don't worry about, it was just a little misunderstanding, she wants you to go crawling back to Tigerclaw yet I said you both needed a bit of space." He shrugged.

"What about Leona and Yukiko? I heard them come home but I haven't heard them come upstairs."

"Yeah they did, but they headed out again."

"At this time of night?" Alopex asked in disbelief. "Yukiko needs her sleep." She added and got up to leave, but Adam suddenly grabbed her arm.

"I asked them to, I just wanted to talk to you alone." He said before pulling out a small box from his back pocket...

Tigerclaw sighed as he sat in his desk in the police station. He had been sleeping under his desk ever since Alopex had thrown him out. He was looking through the police files, trying to find something on Adam Oscars.

He just didn't like that guy.

Suddenly his computer buzzed, signalling it had found something.

He took one look at the computer before bolting towards the door...

"A-Adam, what's this about?" Alopex stuttered nervously as she slowly backed into a corner with Adam following her every step.

"This is about you, it's a about us." He said in a sickly sweet voice.

"What?"

"You know that Tigerclaw isn't the one for you, he's bossy, arrogant and aggressive, he's a danger to you an your family; but I would love and protect you and the others with my life." He explained as he got down on one knee. "I love you Alopex, marry me."

With that he opened the box to revealed a beautiful diamond ring.

Alopex looked from the ring to Adam and saw his hopeful face. She sighed .

"I'm sorry Adam, but I can't accept this." She admitted. "I know Tigerclaw can be a bit aggressive but he loves me, Leona, Yukiko and even my mother, I'm sorry."

But Adam's face was nothing but a storm of anger.

"That's exactly what your mother and Leona told me you'd say." He hissed...
