Raph sighed as he carried another heavy trash bag down to the dumpster. It had been a week since he had rented the apartment and things were looking good.
He had cleared almost all the trash away and he was planning on painting the walls and laying down some rugs when he had enough money.
"Hey." Someone suddenly said.
Raph quickly turned around and saw his little brother Donnie standing behind him. Ever since he had moved out he had hardly seen his brothers or his parents.
"Aren't you going to invite me in?" He asked.
Raph sighed and lead Donnie up to the apartment.
"So that landlord of your's is actually charging you rent for this place?" He asked as he looked around the apartment.
"It's got potential." Raph shrugged but Donnie didn't look happy.
"Are you crazy?" He glared. "You could of gone to college and made something of yourself you could of done anything you wanted."
"This is what I want."
"To be stuck in a crummy apartment and working yourself to the bone for pittance?"
"Yeah, well no one asked ya ta like it, in fact, no one asked ya ta come here so why don't ya just get lost!"
"Alright calm down!" Donnie exclaimed. "I still think you're mad but if you need anything I think there's some old stuff in the attic back at home if you want it."
"Like what?"
"I don't know: furniture, wallpaper, paint a few ornaments." He shrugged. "If you want you can come over when Mom and Dad are gone and I'll help get it into your truck."
"Ya'd do that?"
"Sure, you may be an idiot but you're still my brother and even adults who move out need some kind of support, right?" He smiled before continuing to look around the house...

"So are you really gonna do it? Are you really going to move in with Raph?" April asked Leo as they sat outside the cafe where Leo worked. They always met up and talked during Leo's lunch break.
"Yeah." Leo smiled.
"That's great, I'm really happy for you." She said before making a small grimace.
"You alright?" Leo asked, concerned.
"Yeah, just ate some bad sushi last night, got my stomach in knots." She waved off. "So what did your mom say about you and Raph moving in together?"
"She doesn't know yet, I just haven't found the right time to tell her or dad yet." She sighed.
She didn't know what she was going to tell them...
******
"So have ya told yer parents yet?" Raph asked Leo as were in the cafe. Raph was now on his lunch break and came to see Leo.
"No." She replied.
"Why not?"
"It just didn't seem like the right time."
"But ya still movin' in right?"
"Of course, look, I will talk to them as soon as they get back from work." She promised him as she handed another customer her change.
Just then Hamato Yoshi came marching in with a scowl on his face.
"So is it true then about you both moving in together?" He asked them with glare.
