Chapter 18

Ilang araw na rin ang nakalipas nung huling naranasan ko yung sobrang pananakit ng mga mata ko.

Ang unang pagkakataon na nasaksihan ko ang pagbabago ng kulay ng mga mata ko. Hindi naman ako nabigla dahil matagal ko ng gustong magkaroon nito. Pero sa panahong ito, parang mali. Lalo na't andito ako sa mundo ng mga tao, sa mundo ng mga taong bumubuo ngayon ng buhay ko.

"Sky!" Napalingon naman ako.

"Oh Cassie."

She creases her brow. "What's with the face?"

I sighed. "Nothing. You? What's with the eyes? Did you cried?"

She nodded. "Matty and I broke up." And starts crying again. What the? Why now? Okay Sky. Breathe in. Breathe out.

I stretch my arm and caresses her back. "Its okay. Stop crying. He doesn't worth your tears. So tell me, what really happened?"

She stopped and took a deep sigh then stares at me. "None of your business."

What the? I irritatedly look at her. "None of my business? Seriously, are you out of your nuts? You came here, opened that topic and now you're telling me that it was none of my business?" I stood up and glared at her. "You surely have a mental problem." And starts to walk away from her.

"Its Seah's birthday tomorrow." That made me stop from walking.

"Seah's birthday?" I sigh. "So what now?" I said without looking at her.

"Please organize a party for her." Organize what? Why me?

I raise my hand in disgust. "Tell it to the hand."

"Sky, I know you like her. Uhm wait. Let me rephrase it." I feel her walking towards me. "I know you love her Sky. Please do it for her."

Relax sky. Make her believe na mali siya. "I don't love her." No, I really do love her. And I will never stop myself from loving her.

"Liar. Your answer didn't came from the heart, it only came from the mouth. So stop fooling around, will you?" That struck me. She was right.

"But why me? Leonard is her boyfriend. So let him do that thing. Let him do all the stuff, cause as far as I remember, I'm just a friend."

She sighs. "I don't like Leonard for her. Please, please sky. Just do it for her."

I face her automatically after hearing those freaking things about that gay. "What do you mean?"

"I just don't like him for Seah. He's a fake. Everything about him is fake."

"I don't get your point. Spill it!" But she shook her head.

"See and know it yourself, Sky. I know when it comes to you, everything's very possible."

"So what do you want me to do now?"

"Start organizing a surprise birthday party for her. Make it special. But before doing that. Can we do a selfie?" Fuck. She really has a mental problem.

"Cassie. You are weird." Tsss. Come on, we're talking about Seah and its damn serious. Tapos dadalihan niya ako ng selfie?

"Come on sky. Please?" Errr. Nagpuppy eyes pa. "Fan mo na ako simula nung kumanta ka eh. Saka ng Skyscrapers. Please?"

"Okay fine."

"And wait?" She smiles like an idiot.

I narrowed my eyes. "What?"

"Pakilala mo naman ako kay Sean?"

I crease my brow. "Oh? Maybe he's the reason why you and that so named Matty broke up. How rude of you."
