Nathan woke up with Demi in his arms. It had been one year since they started dating and he couldn't be happier. He was inlove with her. He stroked her face gently as she slept peacefully on his chest. She slowly woke up "Morning beautiful" he smiled, she leaned up and kissed his lips softly "I love you" he whispered "I love you more" she said. "Not possible" he said and kissed her lips again.
Her phone buzzed. "Urgh. Babe i have to get ready for an interview" she said, kissed his lips. His heart raced everytime she kissed him. He watched her as she walked into the ensuite. It had been exactly one year since they started dating, he smiled. The last year had been the happiest of his life. He already had amazing friends and a blossoming career as a teacher and he had the perfect girl. His life couldnt get any better.
He went to his overnight bag as he was at Demis apartment and got a small box out. It had a heart necklace and a dogtag with a heart shape missing in it. He would wear the dogtag and she would wear the heart necklace.
She came out with her make up done and hair tied up, she smiled at him and put on her suit for the interview "Babe" he said "Yeah gorgeous" she said. "Happy one year" he smiled and gave her the box "Awh baby" she said and opened the box "Its beautiful" she smiled, "This one's for me and the one is for you" he said. He got it out the box and put it on her "I love it. Thankyou baby" she smiled and kissed his lips. She went into her wardrobe and got his present out. He opened the box she gave him. It was an engraved bracelet that said "I am forever yours. I love you" on it "awh baby i love it" he smiled and kissed her lips.
Demi looked at the time "Shit I better get going" she said. "Okay. I gotta get ready for work" he smiled. "Babe..." she said "Yeah" he said "Stay. Move in, it gets lonely when you're not here" she said "I'd love too beautiful" he smiled. Nathan had the spare key anyway. She kissed her man one more time before she left for the interview.
At Half Four.
Nathan walked into the apartment, Demi wouldn't be back till late. As she had interviews all day as she was promoting her new album. He decided to do something romantic. He went out to the shop and bought rose petals, candles and flowers. He also bought her favourite ready meal and got back in his car and back to the apartment.
When Demi got home at 8:30
She walked in, there were rose petals all over the floor. She smiled and walked into the dining room. Nathan was stood there in a suit, there were two plates, a candle in the middle. He gave her the boquet of flowers "Happy anniversary beautiful" he smiled, she leaned in and kissed his lips softly "I love you" she said. "I love you too" he smiled and wrapped his arms round her neck.
After they ate. Nathan looked at her "Demi...I have one more suprise" he said "What" she smiled "Cmon" he smiled, he put his hand out and she held it. He led her over to the piano and sat down. He started to play and sing "Never Stop" by Safety Suit. By the end of the song Demi was nearly in tears "I love you so much. You are so amazing. I dont know how I ever got a guy like you" she smiled "Baba you're the one whos amazing. You are beautiful inside and out. You are the light of my day and every single word I just sang to you I meant" he said. She beamed at him and crashed her lips onto his. He gladly returned it and they made out on the the piano stool. "LIke I said I'm you're superman and I always will be!" he said.
She smiled and leaned in "Lets have an early night" she whispered. He smiled and nodded, she took his hand and lead him to the bedroom.
Half an Hour Later.
Nathan was asleep. Demi was watching him, she kissed the top of his head "Thankyou for saving me, a year ago. I couldn't imagine life without you now baby" she whispered, stroking his soft brown hair. She loved Nathan with all her heart. She was so lucky that he had been driving past a year ago. She thought she was inlove with Wilmer. But what her and Wilmer had was no comparison to what her and Nathan had. Nathan was the love of her life and she was so lucky that everyday Nathan made her know that the feeling was reciprocated. She loved him more everyday and today was amazing, the way he treated her made her feel so special and made her feel like a princess.
To everyone else he was like Clarke Kent. He was a normal guy who had a normal job. But to her he was HER superhero, he saved her when she needed someone to save her. He protected her and loved her to eternity. This was forever and she would never stop loving him.
