Nathan got out of his car, and walked into his local starbucks. He noticed all paparazzi stood outside of the cafe. He wasn't surprised as it was Hollywood and it wasn't unusual to see them around. He walked into the cafe and stood in line to grab some coffee's for the team and him. He had just opened up a bar in L.A, he already had a successful bar in NYC and London. He moved over to L.A and decided that he wanted to live in California, as well as work. Living in NYC was hectic whereas he felt more relaxed over here. The girl in front of him, was paying for her drinks, when leaving her phone dropped out of her pocket. He picked it up and as he turned around she had already walked out, he sighed and ordered his drinks "Hey in case that girl comes back in looking for her phone, give her my card, so she can come and get it" he said "Yes sir" the barista smiled "Thanks man" he said and walked away with his drinks.

Selena got back into her car and was scrambling around for her phone, her manager was supposed to email her about her schedule over the next two weeks. "Fuckkk" she said, thinking she'd left it inside the cafe. She got out her car and walked into the cafe avoiding the paparazzi cameras. She walked upto the cafe bar, "Hi i think I may have left my phone in here" she said "Oh okay" the barista got the lost and found box "No it's none of these" she sighed. Another barista came up behind her after clearing tables. "Hey did you lose a rose iphone 6" he asked "Yeah" Selena said hopeful "Yeah a man picked it up, here's his business card" he said "Oh. Thank you" Selena smiled "No problem" he smiled.

Selena left the cafe and walked to her range rover. She drove over to the address on the card. She was outside a bar, she became confused and walked to the building. She knocked on the door, a brown haired boy answered "Hi' I'm looking for uh Nathan Sykes" she said "Yeah that's me, oh you're here about the phone" he said recognising her "Yeah" she smiled. "Come in" he said, "Thankyou" she smiled.

Nathan went behind the bar and grabbed a box, put it on the bar and picked up her phone "Here it is!" he smiled "Thankyou, so much" she said "No problem, sorry for dragging you around town" he said shyly rubbing his neck "It's no problem, I appreciate you keeping it safe" she said. "I never got your name" he said "I'm Selena Gomez" she smiled "It's nice to meet you Selena" he smiled "So do you own the bar" she asked "Yeah, I also own a bar in London and NYC" he said "wow" she said "well I part own it with my brother Tom. You should come down sometime" he smiled "that sounds good" she smiled "Okay, i'll tell you and your friends to give you free drinks" he smiled sweetly. "You don't have to do that" she said "I want to, I feel bad that you had to drive to like the other side of L.A" he laughed a little. "Well thank you" she smiled. "It's fine" he smiled

The following Friday at 10:00pm

Nathan was behind the crowded bar, taking drink orders and serving them. He then saw an unexpected face "Heyy" he said "Hey yourself" Selena smiled "What can I get you?" he shouted over the music "three vodkas and cokes, one JD and coke and a beer" she said to him, "Geez Selena, I knew i said i'd give you free drinks" he smiled "they're for my friends" she smiled "Sure they are" he winked, as he started making the drinks. Just as Nathan was serving the drinks, he looked up and saw Selena kissing a guy. He suddenly felt a surge of disappointment come over him.

The rest of the night, Nathan worked behind the bar he kept looking over at Selena and Abel just wanting to go over and punch him in the face, but he couldn't due to the fact that she wasn't his and he only just met her.

Over the next few months, Nathan's bar has come to be a favorite hang out spot for Selena and her friends, but mainly Selena as she has grown a close friendship with the owner.

5AM

Nathan was cleaning up at the bar when they're was a loud knock on the door. "We're closed!" he shouted. The knock came louder "Fucks sake...." he said groggily as all he wanted was to go to bed. He walked down the steps to see Selena drenched outside, shivering. He immediately opened the door "Sel! What are you doing here?" he asked as he ushered her in. "He dumped me" she said crying "Heyyy" he said pulling her into a hug "He's a dick, and obviously is an idiot to break up with you" he said "really?" she said pulling away from the hug "Course" he smiled, he said as she hugged him "Thanks Nath, you're awesome" she said "No problem I'm always here for you" he said as he cuddled her she lay her head in the crook of his neck. "Want a drink?" he asked "Sure" she said, Nathan led her up the stairs and pulled out a stool for her.

Selena downed the drink "woahh Sel. Disney girl you are not!" he joked, she laughed a little, he smiled and grabbed a beer, he took the top off the bottle top and had a swig, he walked round to the other side of the bar and sat next to Selena "So what happened?" he asked. She wiped her face "You know he's been on tour for ix months (Nathan nodded) he rang earlier and said that he needed to focus on his career and couldn't be with someone right now" she said. He shook his head, stood up and engulfed her in a bear hug, he kissed her forehead as she wrapper her arms around his toned torso "He's obviously mentally imbalanced" he said as he pulled away. Selena laughed "I mean to let go of someone like you, he was batting out of his league in the first place" he said curling his lip. She blushed a little "I'm serious, either that or he's blind" he joked. She smiled and looked down. "You're sweet" she smiled "No just honest" he smiled, she then leaned in and touched his lips with hers. He intercepted her lips and kissed her placing his hand on her face.
