Lawson walked onto the tourbus, it was the last date of the tour and they were all ready to go home. Max, Tom and Siva all missed their significant others and were ready too see them again. Nathan sat on the sofa, and went on his phone he was scrolling through twitter when he saw a picture of Demi and her new boyfriend Henri.
His heart sank into his stomach, there was no denying he was jealous, even though they were never official they had a short romance, for a few weeks before she went into rehab. A week before she overdosed, he had to leave for tour, they had a massive argument about the tour and she had started going to parties and he was concerned and she called things off. He was pretty upset, as she was. And then when she overdosed, he was devastated he tried to ring her but she never got back to him. He dm'd her but she never responded. She completely ghosted him, but now she had found someone new, the reports he read had said that they had met in rehab, as they had gone in at the same time. Nathan was happy that she found someone who was going through the same things as her and that they were supporting one another. But at the same time, he was in love with her and it hurt that she had moved on.
The tourbus pulled in at the airport, there were a load of fans waiting outside screaming for the band. The boys said hello to their fans and then went into the airport. Nano, their tour manager walked over "guys just got off the phone and we've got one last thing. Tonight there is a charity event and you guys are going to socialise and just show your faces. I'll book you flights back too England the next morning" he said. The boys groaned "just one last thing boys, then you guys have two weeks off" Nano smiled.

The boys walked into the charity event, they all got a drink. Nathan spotted Demi on the other side of the room with Henri and a few of her friends. His heart stopped for a second, he hadn't seen her since they had broken things off and he didn't know what to do. He took a sip of his drink and sat down at a table with his bandmates. They were all talking to one another "Nathan, you alright man?" Max asked "oh, yeah it's just uh Demi is over there" he said sadly. Max placed an arm round him in comfort "I miss her" Nathan said sadly "well go and tell her then" Tom said "huh?" Nathan said "look mate, you've moped around the whole tour. You are obviously in love with the girl, go and tell her and if she rejects you then you can move on and get over it" Tom said, Max nodded "dude, he's right...if you don't take the chance you will NEVER know" Max said. Nathan stayed silent for a minute then "I have a better idea" he said before getting up, he walked over to the stage and sat by the piano, he started playing softly and then began to sing watching Demi
You know I want you, it's not a secret I try to hide. I know you want me, so don't keep saying our hands are tied, you claim it's not in the cards, but fate is pulling you miles away and out of reach from me. But your here in my heart so who can stop me if i decide that your my destiny. What if we rewrite the stars, say you were made to be mine, nothing can keep us apart. He took a deep breath and finished playing. Everyone clapped before he walked off the stage. His eyes followed Demi as she walked outside into the smoking area, he walked down and followed her out. He saw Henri talking to Demi, she was cuddling into him. He sighed and ran his hand through his hair, and turned away to walk back inside "Nath wait" Demi said. Henri walked over and "you win man" he said before walking in. Nathan became confused "I just broke up with Henri" Demi said. Nathan nodded, "you wrote that song about me?" she asked. He nodded "I mean yeah, its not finished yet but yea" he said "it was beautiful" she said "Thank you. I meant every word" he said looking at her. She walked towards him and kissed his cheek "thank you for the song" she said. He took her hand "can't we have another chance" he asked, she held it and smiled. She nodded "i'd like that" she said before she leaned in, he intercepted her lips and kissed her softly.
