It was now a month later, and Zelda had finally called everyone to meet at Kakariko village as it was the closest spot to the spring of wisdom. Link and Yuki were one of the first few to arrive as they lived closer then any of the others. However it didn't take long for everyone else to arrive. Hugs were exchanged as were a few other greetings before they all headed off on their trip. Yuki was talking with Urbosa when she suddenly froze her eyes glazing over and a voice echoed in her head "young one! Please, listen to me, i feel as if something bad is going to occur soon. Please be cautious."  "Yuki? Yuki?!" Urbosa was now shaking her trying to get a reaction from her young friend.
Upon hearing Urbosa's panicked calls did everyone stop and turn to see what was happening. "What's going on?" "I don't know, she suddenly stopped moved and it's like she doesn't hear us." Link was worried, what the hell was going on. "Young one, you must be careful. Ganons men are after you." Yuki wanted to speak but she couldn't it was like something was stuck in her throat. "There is only so much I can do I'm afraid. I don't know why they are after you, but you must avoid them, you must not die. All I can do is warn you." Yuki once again tried to speak but couldn't. "Time is running out. I must go little one, but please, heed my words." And with that the voice vanished and Yuki came back to her senses with a gasp. "Yuki!" She blinked as she looked around her trying to take in why everyone was so worried when she realized they didn't hear the voice. "I heard it again." This made several eyes widen so Yuki quickly repeated what she had been told,
Link scowled, he wasn't about to let someone hurt her, or kill her. The same way he would protect the princess, he would protect Yuki." He gripped her hand "I'll keep you and Zelda safe I promise." She looked at him and nodded "I know you will." And with that they were off again. This time Daruk walked closer to Yuki, for if something happened he would be able to daruks protection and shield her from any attack. A few hours later Yuki was glad she had worn her heavier clothes as she noticed Urbosa shiver slightly. Mipha didn't seem to effected but she also wore a ruby charm which helped her tolerate cold climates. Looking over at Daruk and Revali both of whom didn't even seem phased by this cold. Then again one was constantly hot, and the other had feathers to keep him warm.
Yuki slid off her cloak and handed it to Urbosa who was shocked "won't you be cold?" She rolled her eyes as she held it out yet again. "No, I'll be fine. I wore warm clothes, and I have a Ruby bracelet from my sister." Urbosa nodded slowly and took the cloak putting it on. Even Zelda was bundled up as the weather here was harsh. However it didn't take long before Link was removing his cloak and draping it around Yuki's thin shoulders "don't even try to hand it back." She laughed as she held it closer to her. "I was fine, but, thank you." He smiled and soon they stopped as Revali started a fire. "We'll be back. Keep her safe please." "You know we will now go." And with that said did both link and zelda leave for the spring.
"Let's hope it works this time." Yuki nodded she didn't wanna think of what would happen should Zelda not unlock her powers. She didn't even wanna think of what would happen if they couldn't find this mysterious goddess of time. "And what happens if it doesn't?" "then we fight back, we pilot our divine beasts and we strike Ganon at once." Yuki sighed as she listened. "And you." She looked at Urbosa who was dead serious. "You will head to the temple of time and find a way to touch that statue. If my hunch is right, then you'll see what I'm talking about." Yuki raised an eyebrow and said nothing. "Zelda said we should all head back to Hateno after this." "We should, we can stock up there since it's now closer then where we originally started from."
Urbosa nodded at what Yuki said and looked at the path link and Zelda had taken. She had a bad feeling in her gut but otherwise she said absolutely nothing. It wasn't long before the two returned. Both looking miserable yet Link you could tell was feeling frustrated. Yuki noticed first as she walked over rubbing his back. He smiled down at her before he kissed her forehead. "Nothing?" "No." Everyone sighed. "Don't give up hope, somethings bound to trigger it zelda." "I know but it's so frustrating! I should be able to use this, it's my birthright." Yuki placed a gentle hand on Zelda's shoulders "regardless do not give up hope Zelda. We are all here to protect you." Zelda gave Yuki a watery smile. Just as she went to speak did the ground shake violently.
It was almost like an earthquake yet at the same time it wasn't. Link grabbed onto Yuki and Zelda who were still close to each other as everyone looked startled. "I'll take to the sky to see what happened." Revali flew up before anyone could stop him. As he flew into the sky a feeling of dread filled his entire being. And how right that feeling was. Looming in the distance was hyrule castle, and surrounding it was now dark purple and red smoke as a roar was easily heard making those below flinch at the sound. Revali was terrified, Ganon, Ganon had finally made his return. And it seemed as if all of hyrule was now doomed. He quickly landed as he told them what he saw. Horror filled Zelda's blue green eyes as Revali confirmed her deepest fear. Calamity Ganon Gad arrived.
