It had been a few days since Link and Yuki had set out to find Akala, having previously visited impa the two told her of what they had found. Needless to say impa was shocked into silence, not only had Yuki recovered more memories, but at the very fact she was able to read such an old language. The two asked her which way they could head to potentially find Akala and she told them it was just north of Zora's domain. The two had decided to fast travel to the domain and from there they went to a stable that was nearby and retrieved their horses. Since they couldn't technically fast travel to Akala. As the two continued on their trip Yuki had mapped out a way back, just Incase something happened and they needed to get away. "Yuki?" "Hmm?" "I think after this we should head to death mountain." Yuki nodded "that would be wise, we should free the divine beast there as soon as possible."
He smiled as she easily agreed only to stop when they reached what was known as Akala's cathedral. Dismounting they helped a man who was fighting off a black moblin. "Oh! Thank you, it's not often we get travelers out this way." Yuki shrugged as she put away her sword. "What are you doing out here?" "I'm paying respect to my kin, this place was where the final battle actually took place, the guards held up in here and with no royalty to lead them they quickly lost. My brother died here so i wished to pay my respect. However with all of these monsters and guardians it's almost impossible to get close." Link grimaced as he saw all of them and Yuki sighed. "There's at least three that I can make out" She drew her bow and notched an ancient arrow that link handed her. They were lucky Beedle had some as a thank you for saving his life. "Woah, she's gonna shoot it?" "Yep. And she won't miss." Link crossed his arms as he watched her. "Shoot sharp!" The man said and with that Yuki released the arrow. Both link and the ex knight watched as the arrow hit its target effectively knocking it out of the sky and watched as it exploded on the ground. "Holy goddess she did it." "Told you she wouldn't miss."
The man looked at Yuki amazed at her skill. "You must be quite the warrior ma'am." Yuki shrugged before she looked at Link and jumped down off the bridge "hey!" Link chuckled as he watched her paraglide to the ground below her. "Don't fret to much, she's just getting some stuff from down there." It wasn't long before Yuki was climbing back up and Link reached down grabbing her hand and yanked her the rest of the way up. "You got it?" "Mmm, it's in my bag." He nodded before he looked up at the tower. "I am not looking forward to climbing that shit." Yuki looked at him and took the slate. "Yuki?" "Keep him safe I promise I'll be right back." His eyes widened as he watched her jump and glide across "god damn it Yuki! Bring your ass back here!" The man was shocked as he watched the girl known as Yuki flip off link before blowing him a kiss. "She's got a death wish." Link growled "dude calm down." "Hell no, that's my girlfriend." The guys eyes widened and he groaned. "No offense, but she's fucking insane"
Link nodded. "She is now Pardon me as I go after her." Just as he went to paraglide over did he see another guardian fall from the sky and several monsters fall off the cliff. "She's something else alright." Link mumbled several curses as he jumped across. "My advice get out of here." The man blinked "i'll be leaving soon." "Suit yourself." And with that link raced up the stairs heading right for his insane girlfriend. "Yukina! When I get my hands on you I'm kicking your ass across hyrule!" Yuki tilted her head as she heard the threat and laughed. "Oh now he tags along." And with that she moved faster knowing Link kept his promises. Finally making it to the top of the cathedral did she look around for more monsters. Clearing out the one half room she stopped to catch her breath only to be grabbed and turned around to face an angry yet out of breath Link. "What In Hylia's fucking name were you thinking?"
She took a moment to compose herself and groaned. "God damn link can you be a bit more careful?" He narrowed his eyes at her "What.were.you.thinking!?" She raised an eyebrow before she flicked his nose and he hissed pushing her into the wall. "I was gonna climb up and activate the damn tower and meet you back down there." He growled as he leaned against her. "You're insane, positivity insane." She shrugged "can you let me go so i can go active this damn tower?" Her eyes widen as she gasped feeling Link bite down on her still healing mark. "What the fuck?" He didn't bite hard enough to break the skin but he got his point across. "We go together." With a role of her eyes she pushed him off and climbed the wall. Aiming at another bokoblin she killed it using two arrows since the first had missed its mark. She mumbled as curse as she had to use two instead of one. Listening to her curse he raised an eyebrow "you done?" She flipped him off and he rolled his eyes. "Aren't you peachy this morning."
"Fuck you link." He looked at her and chuckled. "Actually love, I would be fucking you." She smacked his arm and he laughed. "No sex." His eyes widened "for a month." "You can't do that!" She shrugged as she glided over to the other side. About an hour later they had the tower activated and link was now pouting as Yuki literally put all types of bans on sex. She even threatened to take away his cuddles. Yet he reminded her that if that occurred her nightmares would just plague her and they didn't need that. So she reluctantly returned his cuddles and he smirked. However he was still pretty pissed about her taking away sex, then again he didn't really blame her, if The world wasn't at war and ganon wasn't a threat, chances were he wouldn't let her leave their room.
The two finally returned to their horses and headed to south Akala stable. Link left Yuki there and went to complete two shrines. While he was gone she realized they needed more arrows and with a groan she went to talk with Beedle who was excited to see her again. "Hello~ are you here to buy or sell?" "Both." "Great! Beedle is so happy." She grimaced but easily his it. Twenty minutes later she had sold some useless stuff and had replenished their arrow supply. Walking back outside of the stable she sat under a tree and pulled out her notebook, crossing off several things she didn't realize Link had finally returned until she heard him cough. She looked up and blushed. "Sorry, I didn't realize you were back." "I know." He reached down as she put away her book and he pulled her to her feet. "Let's keep going okay?" She nodded and soon they took off. They found a cliff in the middle of a lake and realized it was actually a town that was under construction. The two decided to head over and saw Hudson hammering away at some boulders. After speaking to him and giving him some wood did he tell them the place was called Tarrey Town. And if they found anyone who was strong enough to break down boulders and their name ended with son to send them his way. With a promise that they would the two left and headed right for Akala.
